Skys POV
*Knock Knock*
The door slowly opened and me and the boys were greeted by a black haired nurse
"Hello, are you here to see eleanor?" She smiled shaking all of our hands
"Yes, im her sister sky" i told her
"Come this way!" She gestured for us to follow her, she stood by the door and walked in, i took a deep breath and took what felt like the buggest step in my life. Nialls hand didnt leave mine, he squeezed it tightly as we both walked in the beautiful room, i looked over to my left to see the most beautiful girl i have ever seen, her face lit up and a grin spread across her face, she had gorgeous brunette hair that went past her waist, her eyes were emerald green and widened as we made eye contact, even though she put on a brave face i knew she was hurting inside, she was dying, my big sister is dying
"Sky" she softly choked back a tear that slid down her cheek
"Eleanor" i said and walked towards her with my arms open, i enclosed her in a tight hug! I felt safe, i was with my big sister
"Your so beautiful sky" she hugged me once again with tears of happiness seeping from her eyes
"Your...your my big sister, your gorgeous, eleanor, i love you!" I poured my heart out
"I love you too little sis" she kissed my forehead and tears began to prick my eyes
Eleanors pov
My..my little sister is just as beautiful as the photos, i love her already and i dont have long with her, wait omg is that...no....
"How rude of me!" Niall said randomly
"Im niall, thats liam, louis, zayn and harry, nice to meet you!" I held out my hand to shake it but he enveloped me into a tight hug

Meet my sister : ☑
I've pretty much ticked off my whole list, wow this is amazing
"How do you know one direction, sky?" I was so confused
"Ermm, i...ermm...you see...niall" sky stuttered
"Im her boyfriend" niall spluttered and grinned at sky
