Chapter 42-

Eleanors (johnson) pov

Today my sister is coming to visit me, ive never met her in person but ive seen photos and shes very beautiful, and she knows one direction, i mean c'mon ONE DIRECTION there my favourite boy band , yes im 21 but i love them, its always been my wish to meet them and im so happy i can tick it off on my 'Things i want to do before i die' list, im so excited to see them but not as much as my sister, my little sister! I just wish i had found her before i was diagnosed, when i could actually enjoy life without death knocking at my door!

"Hello Eleanor, how are you" the nurse called sandy walked in, she had long black hair and sparkling blue eyes, shes the nicest nurse here, we are more like friends, we talk everyday and i can trust her

"Hi Sandy" i said

"Your little sister will be here in 10 minutes with a group of her friends, do you mind them being in here aswell" she asked politely

"No, no, no i dont mind" i said back eagerly

"Okay sweety, do you need any help" she asked flashing her beautiful grin

"Can you pass me the hairbrush and my makeup bag, ooh and a mirror!" I said happily

"Your a fan!" She clapped her hands

"Ermm yeah sorta, and to be honest i look like im already dead!" I laughed and pointed at my face

"Dont be silly" she swatted my hand and passed me my stuff

Skys POv

We pulled up outside a pretty building, there was lots of pretty flowers spread across the front, i cant wait to see my sister but it'll hurt me to see her in pain, shes dying, i never even knew i had a sister until the other week, i will of only just met her and then she would just slip away, its going to hurt when she dies, its going to hurt a lot! I hadnt noticed but we had already entered the hospice and we were at the reception infront of a pretty blond girl in her 20's forming an 'o' shape with her mouth, i wanted to laugh but she was in a trance!

"Oh oh sorry, ermm who..who are you here to see?" She stuttered, she was trying not to fangirl

"Erm Eleanor Johnson" i said smiling at how proffesional she was trying to be but she was most certainly failing, i nudged niall who had his arm around my waist and whispered in his ear

"Shes a fan, make her dreams come true!"

He looked down at me and smirked

"Your the sweetest girl i know" and tapped me on the nose

"Would you like an autograph" niall asked the girl, her eyes immediatly widened

"Yes please!" She managed to say , she was still in shock , they all signed a peice of paper she pulled out from the desk

"Could i have a photo please niall?" Yep my thoughts were correct, she was a nialls girl

"Ill take it" i offered and she handed me her iphone, her background was niall and she blushed when he saw it

"Nice background!" He cockily grinned and she turned even redder

"Say cheeseeee" i took the photo and then she came up to me and asked me something

"Could i kiss niall, just on the cheek, if thats okay with you?" She shyly asked

"Of course, ill close my eyes" i laughed and she mouthed a 'thankyou' before pecking niall on the cheek

"Right" she brushed her self down trying to act professional again

"Eleanor is in room 12 just down the corridor and to the left, just knock on" she smiled and we said goodbye!

Then it hit me like a frickin bus, im gonna meet my sister! my big sister, the sister i never knew i had!
