The rest of the remaining school days--which were a week and two days--were a bit less boring than usual, in Percy's opinion. Aside from science class tackling chemical reactions which caused a few accidents in Percy's case, and Hedge coming up with an activity that has something to do with dodgeball and potato guns, the reason for this is because of a certain foursome.

Things were somewhat awkward at first. Only exchanging uneasy and unsure smiles or a simple greeting. The foursome had seemed to put their group together again but they no longer bothered the son of Posiedon, which he is relieved that he finally got some peaceful days at school, contrary to two weeks before when the four did'nt know they were demigods. Then after a while some of them stared talking to him.

First, it was Emery, daughter of Athena. She saw Percy at the library and decided to make small talk. And then it became like an interrogation, with Emery asking him countless questions about Annabeth, who is her sister and idol. Percy did'nt really mind since he like talking about her, but it reminded him of a ten-year-old Nico and it lasted for almost an hour. Or it feels like it.

He can almost see the stars in her eyes as she fired question after question with an excited grin.

Percy almost wanted to groan and hit his head on the table, before he was thankfully saved by Zach pulling Emery away. Zach gave him an amused look with a hint of pity which made Percy's thankful look turn to a slight pout.

Because of Emery questioning him again and again after that, made Vic join in too. But being a child of Aphrodite it was more on the romance side like how they met and first kiss and other stuff(leaving the poor boy blushing like crazy). Em snickered when he told of how Annabeth said, 'You drool in your sleep.' while Vic cooed.

The two boys are staring at them with a slight frown, except that Zach has a look of pity.

Next was Zach when a group of boys was talking that the 'Anorexic Jackasson' probably just payed the slut to pose as his girlfriend. This annoyed Zach because A. Percy done things none of them can imagine and has saved this world and their asses.(Yes, Zach knows it's hypocritical of him since he was a jerk to Percy in the past) B. They called Annabeth Chase, his girlfriend's sister and all time idol, a slut. And C. Percy is his cousin. Zach them told them to piss off or he'll bash their heads in.

Unknown to him, Percy was near when he heared them. After that they went into some small talk about things not for mortal ears except for a few like Rachel and Paul. They also talked about some normal stuff like skateboards, but Percy said that he decided to switch to a bike, since it seemed easier in the streets and is faster if he got a blood thirsty monster on his tail.

Once Ken saw that his friends are hanging out with him, he decided to do too. He seemed so awkward and nervous, that after a while Percy wondered if he really is a son of that carefree god with a literaly blinding smile. But when Percy joked about that, the group laughed and the tension disappeared. Ken became more relaxed and Percy became sure that he really is a child of Apollo.

They slowly started hanging out at school until the foursome managed to break Percy's emotionless mask and made him joke with them in public. It had gotten a lot of shocked looks and Percy thought he saw some girls blushing when he laughed at one of Ken's funny jokes. He just paid it no mind.
