Ashton danced to the beat of his best friends favourite band with her at the show. Hey Violet flew through their setlist in two hours. Ashton liked them, he couldn't deny that. But he liked his best friend, Mina , even more.
After the show, the two of them headed backstage with their contest won passes and tickets in hand.
The band was friendly, of course. They took pictures and signed autogrpahs, Nia even kissed Ashton's cheek.
Mina was the happiest Ashton had ever seen her. The way her eyes lit up when she hugged Casey was just...magical. Ashton couldn't help but smile to himself knowing this was already the best night of her life, and her ex boyfriend Marcus wasn't a part of it.
Mina looked so happy.
In the moments between pictures with the band members, Ashton could've sworn she was about to burst into overjoyed tears.
Rena, Casey, Nia and Miranda were the sweetest humans Ashton had ever met. The six of them all took one last group picture, and said goodnight.
Ashton and Mina left the venue in happy tears and drove to the hotel they'd be staying.
Mina talked about the concert until her eyes became droopy and she yawned in the middle of every other sentence. She curled up on the bed and rest her head on Ashton's chest. He looked down at her, a loving smile spread across his face.
He put an arm around her and stroked her hair, sighing happily.
He kissed the top of her head, whispering his love to her.
Mina turned her head to look at him.
She whispered her love as well and kissed him.
It was the best night ever for the both of them.
