After paying, Chihiro thought that this would be it. However, she was sorely mistaken when she was pulled into a makeup shop. "Oh hell no!" Chihiro snapped. "Come on, Chi, you need to look your best to blow this boy's socks off," Emma insisted, pulling her right arm. "Yeah, come on, Chichi, a little makeup won't hurt," Hibiki joined in, pulling her left arm. Chihiro glared at the two, exclaiming, "You two suck!"

Other people around watched the three with curiosity as Emma and Hibiki pulled Chihiro into the store, kicking and screaming. Once inside, Emma guided them to a section stocked with a variety of makeup. "You have a fair and clear complexion; you shouldn't need concealer or foundation." Emma hummed to herself as she took a close look at Chihiro's face. Chihiro didn't wear much makeup to begin with. The most she'd wear was if she was catering an event with her bakery. And that was only a little lipstick and mascara.

Maybe it was because her mother would barely let her wear makeup at this age. Chihiro could get away with wearing a little lip gloss at this age, but anything pigmented had to be pink. Emma's eyes scanned over the blushes, lipsticks, lip glosses, etc. She picked up a blush rose lipstick and some light pink lip gloss. "Which one do you like better?" Emma asked. Chihiro was honestly surprised that Emma didn't pick someone more glamorous and noticeable. "Um, I usually wear lip gloss..." she muttered.

Emma nodded, putting the light pink gloss in the basket. She then picked up a cream blush with a peach tone. "Just a little of this on the apples of your cheeks will bring some warmth to your skin," Emma told her. Chihiro nodded as Emma put it in the basket. Emma also picked out a clear mascara to make her eyelashes pop. "Is this all?" Chihiro asked, hoping that she could leave soon. Emma had a satisfied smile on her face, chirping, "Yep~!"

Chihiro sighed as they rode back home together. Emma still had more shopping to do, so they left without her. Chihiro couldn't stop seeing that big grin she had on her face when she told her to have fun. 'Ugh, why did the past me have to tell either of them?' she thought to herself, feeling her face heat up. She wasn't sure exactly how much time had passed since she and Hibiki had been gone. Time was so hard to gauge when she was experiencing new things like this.

Sure, she had the show and manga to go off of, and her own life experience of growing up in this world, but now this was a bit of uncharted territory. All she could do was guess that Takemichi and Hinata were still on their date at the bowling alley. From her memories, the two had been gone for three hours. She wasn't sure how much longer that would be now since Hakkai and Takemichi were probably having their show-off now.

"Hey, wasn't Michi supposed to be on a date with Hina at the bowling alley?" Hibiki asked. Chihiro nodded and became worried when a big smirk appeared on Hibiki's face. "We should totally crash it!?" she giggled. Chihiro sighed, "Ikki, their date is probably over by now. We've been gone for a good while." Hibiki either didn't care or didn't listen to what she told her as she sped up her pedaling. "Come on!" she exclaimed. "Ikki!!" Chihiro shouted, picking up speed.

The last thing she wanted was to intrude on her brother's date, even if it did end up in a competition between Hakkai and Takemichi. They reached the bowling alley in record time given how fast they had been going. Chihiro's leg muscles were burning slightly with effort. Chihiro had barely gotten off her bike when Hibiki jumped off her bike and sprinted inside. "Ikki!!" she called out to no avail. Chihiro huffed, locking their bikes to the rack calmly before heading inside. She found Hibiki peeking into the bowling alley area, where there were a handful of other games customers could play.

Chihiro came up behind her and looked into the area to see Takemichi having a pool match with Hakkai. Her brother wasn't exactly skilled at pool, so he easily lost to Hakkai. After Hakkai beat him, he leaned in and suggested, "What's next? How about some ping pong?" Takemichi looked determined to beat Hakkai at something. "Bring it on, pal!" he agreed. Yuzuha was quick to interject, "They don't have that here, so can we go already?"
