Holy goats, He's My Brother is finished ^-^

And we have this revamped cover, much better than the original. I revamped all of mine when I discovered this new app XD

Otherwise, enjoy!

"Just this one song," I promised, trying to smile. I couldn't bring myself to, so I cleared my throat and continued to speak. "And then I'll stay away from you."

"Alright," Amar sighed. I watched as the corners of his mouth quirked up, like it did whenever we discussed anything money-related. "After you perform this one, you may have the fame to come back into the spotlight."

"It all depends on the answer," I said, simply. "Whether it's a yay or nay."

"Have it your way," Amar sighed. He pushed a piece of paper at me, and I took my time to read and check everything that we had agreed on.

Finally, I signed the contact. I signed it and pushed it back to Amar. I had taken this weekend to come to New York, and leave Tris and Tobiah again, much to Tobiah's disappointment.

After this meeting, I'd probably FaceTime Amar a lot to work on this project, but I wasn't about to leave Tobiah, not again.

I left Amar's office, slinging my bag over my shoulder as I walked towards the hotel, Tris and Tobiah the only thoughts and faces in my head.

I walked past the street vendors, a certain train catching my attention. I moved closer to it, smiling at the little toy.

I bought one for my son.

It still sounds weird when you say it, Tobias. You have a child, a kid, a son...

With the train in my hands, I quickly finished my walk, going into my hotel room, rethinking the events of today.

Was one more song enough? Would I lose my son and Tris after this?

It was a wild move, I'll admit it. It was something that required a lot of spunk and bravery.

"Sometimes Tobias, I think you're crazy," she said, as she came closer to me. She wrapped her long arms around my neck, pulling me closer to her as she stood on her tippy-toes.

"Well sometimes you're inhuman, Tris," I told her, flicking her little nose as it wrinkled at me.

"Well," was all she said. "That's why we're meant for each other, aren't we?"

I laughed and kissed her.

I wanted those moments again. New York ruined me, and I wanted Tris again.

Was that too much to ask?

So... What do you think is Tobias's genius plan?

I predict another five more chapters for this, but it may go further. Holy crap, this is almost done!

Fandom University Readers: that story is still only halfway finished... *sigh*
