Chapter 1-The One Phone Call

*Ella's POV*

'BEEP BEEP BEEP'

My alarm. It must of been 6:30am, great time to get up. I slowly stretch my arms and legs across my bed, I get up and walk towards my cupboard filled with clothes.

Once I was ready and dressed I looked in my full length mirror. My long blonde hair was loose and fell just below my hips. My piercing emerald eyes stared back at me, taking in my reflection.

I put my hair up in a messy pony tail as I walk down the cold tiled stairs wearing my black half top and my black skater skirt with my white converse.

I walk into the kitchen seeing my mother and my younger brothers sitting at the kitchen counter eating their breakfast.

"Good morning Ella, Sleep well?" My mother exclaimed.

"Yeah I guess, have you seen my car keys? I am going to be late for work if I don't get going."

I see Jack holding up my keys and Samuel holding my handbag. I wish they were always like this, they are usually screaming at each other or pulling  each other's hair out but today was different I guess,  I  grab my keys off Jack and my handbag off Samuel.

"Thanks boys! Love you bye!" I shout shutting the door behind me, I walk down the concrete rest steps onto the driveway and unlock my little blue Kia Rio. I start the engine and drive towards the highway, the drive was long but better then any other days in Brisbane.

I park my car out the front of work and open the doors, I walk behind the counter being greeted by Emily and Molly.

I walk to the back and grab my name tag and my apron and put my handbag in my little locker, I walk out the front and start to serve people, constantly saying.

"Hello welcome to Starbucks. How may I help you?"

I was serving a lady at the counter when Molly called out to me. "Ella can you start making coffee?" She asked

"Sure thing." I mumbled as I handed the Lady her change.

I finish serving the lady in front of me then I walk over to the coffee machine and turn on the radio. I was in the middle of making a latte and then I heard the radio talk about the  One Direction competition I entered a couple of months ago.

Welcome back everyone, now it is time to announce the winner of the One Direction concert tickets. You get to see One Direction at the Brisbane show  also get to meet the guys! Alright  we are calling Ella Rose from Brisbane.

I hesitated a little as the radio said my name, I dropped the coffee cup and run out the back and pull out my phone. It started to ring and I answered in a heart beat.

"Hello?"

"Hello, is this Ella Rose?"

"Yeah  who may I be speaking to?"

"This is Annie from 100.9 tripple z Fm, Ella you have won the competition! You won tickets to meet and greet with One Direction and to see them live at the Brisbane concert next week!"

"Oh my god thank you so much!"

"No worries Ella! We will be in Contact with you soon. Cya Ella and congratulations."

"Thank you so much bye."

I hung up the phone and let out a squeal, I'm so happy I couldn't believe I won that contest. Honestly I didn't think I would win it but I did.

I walk back inside looking at the mess I made, I grab the mop and start cleaning it up. I have a massive grin on my face but keep on getting odd looks from people but I don't care.

"Someone is happy, what was all that about?" Molly asked

"Oh you know just won the radio contest with 3 tickets to One Direction." I said looking at Molly

Emily and Molly faces go blank and they both start to grow grins in their faces.
"SHUT THE FRONT GATE!" Emily exclaimed.

"No way!" Molly screeched

"Yes way! And it is next week."

Molly let out a squeal as started to jump around.
"GIRLS! BACK TO WORK." Chloe yelled.

We nodded and chuckled slightly. I walked back to the coffee machine and started to make coffees again.

Chloe she is our boss , she thinks she is top dog of this place but really she isn't.
I can not wait till next week, it will be amazing.
