Ryan watched the sky getting covered with clouds as the air around him held a subtle message of the season of life. His eyes were raking on the sky in front of him which he was looking from his cabin's window but his mind was with Zarah.

He was just going back to yesterday, that time when she had confessed about her concerns for him. There wasn't any word in the entire universe which could express the burst of emotions Ryan felt at that moment. Her eyes gently moving on his face to see if he was alright, her habit of biting her lip when she was little scared and the worry on her face.

At that time he understood, from how many days he was craving a look of concern for himself and seeing Zarah worried for him, Ryan now only wanted to keep her to himself. The idea of Zarah saying those words to any other man or praying for somebody else was only putting his whole being into an extreme turmoil.

Ryan knew he was betraying everyone. He was taking advantage of Zarah's memory loss. If she would be the old Zarah; she wouldn't even look at him and her parents who gave him so much respect, didn't let him inside their house. But his heart was adamant to be with Zarah and whatever he was doing, Ryan was unable to console his heart as if it wanted that tiny wish to be fulfilled.

"Allah I know I have done great sins, the biggest one was to not to believe in you. But you know, now I am trying to walk on your path. Please help me. You are known to my heart's desires so give me what is good for me."

Ryan prayed to his Lord closing his eyes and placing his head on the back of his chair. Yes! He was trying to walk on that straight path about which his Lord always talked. He had started waking for the morning prayer, started taking some lessons from Quran and everything was leaving him in awe.

There was nothing so soothing as standing before Allah and praying to him; telling him everything which had happened, which was going on and putting the fear of unknown in his hands. And the words of Quran, which always talking to him, had given so much hope which he could never think of.

It felt as if a new dimension had been opened in his life. A new hope, everyday he woke up to be a better person than he was yesterday. His life had gotten new goals and a wish to live some more.

Finishing the work at his hand, he left for the mosque for his evening prayers. In that too, his heart was mumbling the same prayer which his heart was uttering nowadays. Tears slipped down from his eyes as he sat in front of his Lord, praying for the right path he should take now.

His heart felt light after Ryan completed his prayer and while returning his home, he was tapping a number on his cellphone.
