Zarah watched intently at the TV screen, the show she was watch as the plot moved to its peak point, she was about to reach the climax when she would come to know about the murderer when a loud knock on her room's door made her breath hitched. Rolling her eyes she looked up to see her mother with a silly smile covering her face.
"Did I scare you?"
"No." Zarah denied with a huff and turned off the television. Ammi puffed her cheek as she placed a kiss on it.
"How are you feeling now?"
"Quite better with Allah's grace." She replied with a smile as her mother took the seat in front of her on the chair. Zarah was seriously feeling okay just a little uncomfortable with the bandages on her head and limbs but she was grateful that she was still breathing.
"That's my girl." Ammi took her hand while looking at her with a warm smile. She knew her mother had came to talk something important, her body language could never hide her running thoughts, "Actually I wanted to talk to you about something important."
Zarah smiled as her guessing didn't go wrong and nodded at her mother to carry on.
"The thing is, I got a call from your grandma some weeks ago and she was talking about your marriage." She pursed her lips and looked down as Ryan's face came in her view over the talk of her marriage. Her mother moved further, "She feels Muneer will be a good match for you, he has started his practice in his own clinic and MashaAllah he is a handsome boy. I and Papa like him and wanted to ask you."
Zarah turned her head towards the window as her mind was stuck with Ryan and his mysterious eyes. She had met Muneer a few times in some of their family weddings, he was her first cousin-her paternal uncle's elder son. But she never felt that unusual pull in anybody as she had began to feel in just one meeting with Ryan. But why or how could she just stuck there?
"It's not a decision in haste dear and it's not necessary for you to agree to this marriage. It's your life, think."
Maybe seeing the hesitance in her reply, Ammi assured her and left her alone not before placing a kiss on forehead. But she didn't want to be alone right now. Ryan's thought was bugging her and increasing with every passing moment.
What he would be doing right now?
Did he have his breakfast?
Why he is so silent?
Does he have any girl in his life?
Zarah shook her head to place a grip on her mind. She seriously needed rest. The other day when she was trying to distract herself from the thoughts of Ryan, she had started using her laptop. All was going well until after five minutes, Zarah was going through various websites which had information about Ryan Ahmed.
Like seriously! What was wrong with her? There was some kind of vein rapture in her brain during the accident which was causing this effect in her.
Rest. Zarah. Rest.

Ryan moved a little more inside the factory just to cut out the sound of that. The prayer call. But no amount of machine's running and churning was able to cut down the sound of it which he wanted.
It was freaking him out; the sound, those words which he didn't know what meaning they held but they were heavy to his ears as if someone was pushing a rod of lead in his ears.
"Do it quickly, will you?"
The workers became frightened on his outburst, they already knew how rude and arrogant he was and now his sudden presence was making them more nervous. Ryan just wanted to move his mind to somewhere else so he decided to give a check to his factories little did he know, his mind would burst out in frustration due to the events that were unfolding themselves.
