writerofthefandoms wanted a part two, so,... Here goes nothing.

Sorry if it isn't good or isn't what you wanted.  Hope you guys like it.

______

"I'm sorry Sam," he heard you say as you eyes closed.

"(Y/N)," he tried.  He knew it wasn't worth it, though.  You were gone.

But you weren't.

Something was keeping you here, but you couldn't figure out what was.

Dean walked over to Sam and saw you laying on the ground.

"She's still alive," Dean muttered with a different sound in his voice.  Was he... Crying?

It didn't occur to you how much someone could care since you didn't really grow up in a family.  Sure, you had families, but you were never with a foster family for more than three months.  Your sister was the only blood you had ever known.

Sam carried you quite quickly over to the Impala, and put you into the back seat.  Then, the car took off.

_________

You lay in the hospital bed, hooked up to tubes and had doctors and nurses looking after you twenty-four seven.  They told the boys that it was a miracle you were even barely breathing.

No kidding.

The problem was, you still couldn't figure out why you were still here; not that you had a problem with that.

Another problem was there was something off about the nurse who'd watch you from noon to five.  She'd look directly at you, for starters.  Not at your body, but at your spirit as you lay unconscious in the bed.  What was she; a ghost whisperer?

One day, as the nurse, who's name you later found out was Molina, started talking to you.

"You know, (Y/N), you have control over whether you live or not.  We can only do so much, but the rest is up to you.  You make the choice.  Give up, or wake up."

That got you thinking.  If I stay, would that be better, or terrible for those who I care dearly for?

What would be the aftereffects of me waking up?

Again, Molina looked directly at you and it sent chills up your spine.  The weird thing is, she didn't send off this scary, dangerous vibe.  She sent off a calm, caring, living vibe that reassured you that she wasn't going to hurt you.

It's time you made your choice.

Your choice.  A choice only you can make.  Plus, there were no signs of reapers around so, maybe you're hear to stay?  Maybe God doesn't need you home this second.  Maybe you get to continue on with your life for years to come.

That's when you made your choice.

_________

Sam and Dean were sitting in the room next to your bed.  You heard every single thing they were saying to each other, and you felt like it was your fault that they were here.  They could have left you to die.  But they didn't.

Molina's words rang in your head.  You make the choice.  Give up, or wake up.

Choice made.

"Hey Sam," you said, breaking the deafening silence in the room.

I know you usually get these on the weekend, but I am sick today and have nothing else to do so here.  This may not be the only chapter, but I am working on other requests as you are reading this; depending on when you read this.

Love you guys!

Adios pistachios!
