Naruto and Inuyasha, Collide!

Chapter 11: Inuyasha side

As I flew using my flying wings spell, I watched Inuyasha closely. I didn't want him to lose faith in us. I knew we were going to win. I knew Kagome was going to come back to us. But I was injured so I needed to be on top priority watch. We finally stopped at the edge of the lake where the castle would be. Well everything happens as it should and the stillness spell comes. I go to late and black out.

When I wake up I have eight faces looming over me.

"She's awake."

"Thank God!" I heard all of them give a huge sigh of relief and mutter something. I tried to sit up but ended up gasping from the pain in my broken arm. Inugasha turned to me and helped me lay back down.

"Don't try to get up." He gently scolded. I turned my head to see Inuyasha and Kagome sitting together. He had his arm around her and his head resting on top of her head. I smiled. I knew that Inuyasha had been worried when Kagome had 'died'. Happy that they were together, I drifted back to sleep.

I woke the next morning and was fit enough to travel. We set off again in the direction of the Oxen/Tiger (North/East).

We reached a forest and I sensed something. I stopped. I looked at Kagome. She nodded. I knew it.

"There's someone here." I told them. They nodded. We spread out to try and cut off the person's path. I cast an invisible spell on everyone and peeped out. A girl about what looks my height was walking around the clearing. A gray sweatshirt with the sleeves pushed up to her elbows and blue long shorts served as he protection from the heat. On her feet was navy blue sandals that the top reached high on her shins. Her long brown hair was streaming down her back, some strands got into her face. But she quickly whipped them out of the way and pushed something into her bangs to hold them back. I sent out a sign to leave open a space then wait. Crouching down she picked something up. It caught some light and glared.  I sucked in a gasp. She was holding a jewel shard up to the sunlight. I heard her gasp in surprise and the shard feel into her eye. She covers her eye and lets out a cry of pain. She bends over. That's when I see the headband across her hair. It has a weird leaf looking symbol on it. I gasped. I recognize the symbol but I can't remember from where. She turns and looks strait at me. But she doesn't see me. That's when she turns and leaves.

I signal to everyone to leave her and I manage to put a tracking chip on her. We gathered when the girl had left and discussed what we saw.

"I say we follow her." I announce. I get looks of suspicion from everyone.

"Come on, she looks powerful. I want to know more about her. I plead. Sango nods. Then it hits me. That symbol is from Naruto. She must be a Leaf Village ninja. Sango starts talking.

"I agree. That girl might help us find Naraku or just plain help us in general."

"So who's with me?" Everyone says yes and I locate her. I just HAVE to know what's up with that ninja.
