Viridian in Unova (Pokémon FanFiction)

Chapter 15

"Poison Tail!" He snarled.

"Ser!" The snake hissed before swinging it's toxic blade like tail at me!

"Gravvy! Use Defensive Curl!" I yell as I release my Golem.

Gravvy came out and blocked the attack.

"Now Gravvy! Use Magnitude!"

Gravvy jumped up an down, shaking the ground, and knocking out the Serviper!

"Now's our chance!" I yelled.

"We're out!" I panted.

After defeating the Serviper, I had gotten on Dody with Sakkaku, and after returning Gravvy, we had bolted. Now we were in the harbor, trying to catch out breath.

"Hehe. We sure showed them..." Sakkaku said faintly, yet a spark of pride was in her voice.

I helped my Rival sit up and let her to the ground. I then knelt down next to her and searched through my bag for my first aid kit. Once I found it, I treated her wounds and bandaged her up.

I then took her to the Pokémon Center. I got her a room, got her ready, and then left. She said that she would be fine and there were nurses there if she needed anything.

Once I was outside, I took out Kitty and flew back to N's place.

The journey wasn't that long, an before I knew it, I was standing back in the room I was sleeping in.

But it wasn't empty.

Uh-oh.

N stood there, his arms crossed, watching me with an annoyed look on his face, "Yellow. Where have you been?" He asked crossly.

"Err... I... Um..." I stuttered.

"You went to rescue Sakkaku, didn't you?" He asked.

I nodded and rubbed the back of my head, "Yeah... But I got out unscathed."

"I know. But you almost got caught..."

He muttered.

"Wait. How do you know about that?"

"I can see it in your eyes."

"Whatever. Let's just get to sleep. I had to challenge the Gym in the Morning..."

"Teppy use Arm Thrust!" I yelled.

He snorted fire before unleashing the powerful Fighting Type move on Dwebble, knocking it out.

"Dwebble return." The Gym Leader Sighed, he then turned to me, "You did well. I now present you with the Insect Badge." He held out his hand with my badge, and I took it.

I thanked him, pinned it to my hat, and left the Gym.

N was waiting outside for me.

He smiled, "Did you win?"

I nodded, "Yep! Now let'a get our Pokémon Healed in the Pokémon Center. We can't waist any off our energy for small wounds. Plus, I've gotta show my friend in Kanto my badge."

We went to the Pokémon Center and got our Pokémon Healed. I decided that Teppy didn't need healing since he wasn't damaged in the battle. I've still gotta show him to Green.

I go over to the Video phones and call Green. The brunette's face apperception and she smiled, "Hi Yellow! How are you?"

"I'm great, thank you very much. I just got my third Gym Badge!" I showed her my hat, and she smiled.

"That's great Yellow. So... When am I going to meet your BoyFriend? And that new Pokémon?"

"Well I can show you the Pokémon right now." I lifted Teppy onto my lap, "Meet Teppy. He was a Tepig when I got him, but he evolved into Pignite for that week I wasn't able to contact you."

"Wow. He's really cool!" I heard a voice call.

Oh lovely...

Red...

"Hey Yellow! How are you?" Red said as he appeared on the Screen.

"I'm fine, thank you very much." I said.

"So, what's this I hear about you having a BoyFriend?" He asked, raising an eyebrow.

I rolled my eyes, "You don't need to be concerned Red. You have Misty." I mumbled the last part.

"Oh well. We'll meet his soon enough. All the Pokédex holders are going to Unova soon."

"RED! I wasn't going to tell her yet! I wanted it to be a surprise!" Green scolded him.

"What's bringing you here?" I asked.

"The Pokémon World Tournament is in Driftveil City. Maybe we'll see you there." Green said with a wink.

"Yellow. Wrap it up. We need I get going if we're gonna hat through the desert route before sunfall." N called to me as he was getting out Pokémon.

"Ok!" I call back before turning back to Green and Red, "I've gotta go. Apparently the next route is all desert. Bye." I signed off.

I went over to N after returning Teppy to his Pokeball.

"You ready?" N asked me.

I nodded, "Yep. Now let's go." I held his hand, and we went off towards the next route.

Welp. N was right. This place is all desert.

And as the sun rose, we started down the path, hand in hand.
