Viridian in Unova (Pokémon FanFiction)

Chapter 12

N and I walked hand in hand when we entered Castelia City.

I started towards the Pokemon Center, but N pulled me back, "No. I know a better place to stay for the night."

He led me in the opposite direction, to a tall building.

We entered and went strait into the elevator, "Me and my Father tend to come here in the Summer. So we own a floor here. I just hope you're not afraid of heights."

As the door of the elevator opened, N pulled me close.

And we entered.

The place looked nice and neat. It wasn't exactly elegant, but it wasn't a slop. It was a regular looking place. The only difference from a normal house was that this was the top floor before the roof top, and it has a lot of space.

"What do you think?" N asked me, "It's nothing Fancy, but it's a good place to stay."

I smiled, "Yeah. And I like it."

N led me to a room and left so that I could sleep.

I slip into bed and fall asleep quickly.

I opened my eyes to the sun filtering through the windows.

I sat up and yawned. I then got out of bed and went out to the living room.

I found a note on the table...

Something came up. Stay inside the house, or at least away from the east side of the city. I will be back by lunch.

N

I sighed and put the note down. I decided that I should go out and get my gym badge while waiting for N to get back. I grabbed my Pokeballs and let Teppy out.

But he's different.

First of all, Teppy's standing on two legs. Second, he's bigger. Third, his patterns are different. They remind me of the costume of a wrestler.

"What happened to you Teppy?" I asked as I touched his forehead.

'I evolved after you passed out. I'm a Pignite now!' He shot small flames it of his nose and have me a determined look, 'Now lets get that gym badge!'

I smile and we go downstairs. We leave the building, and I look around for a map of the town.

Found one!

I look for the Gym, only to be disappointed. The Gym here is on the East side of the City, where I was told to stay away from.

Shaking my head, I decide to explore the city. I walk down the main path to the harbor. The rush of the waves sounded in a rhythm. It soothed me and I just stood by the edge, watching the aquatic Pokémon leap out of the water.

"YELLOW!" I heard someone yell.

Sakkaku!

I turn around to find her running towards me, "Thank Arceus I found you!" She panted once she reached me.

"Something wrong?" I asked.

"Yes! I had just finished my Gym Battle, when I was jumped! It was Team Plasma Yellow! They stole all of my Pokémon!" She exclaimed.

"Ok! Calm down Sakkaku! We'll get your Pokémon back. Which ones did you have?"

"Zor, Osh, and Snea." She said quietly, "Basiclly my Zorua, my Dewott, and my Sneazle."

"Ok. Now, which direction did they go? Do you know?"

"Yeah. I know where try are, but I need help getting my Pokémon back. Could you help me?"

"Sure. Now where did they go?"

"They have a secret hideout right across the path from the Gym."

"Wow. You'd think that they would have a better hideout."

"I know right? They're Idiots!"
