She was scared. She couldn't go alone. She felt like if she did, they will come for her, who ever had attempted murder on warris will come for her.
The house had been marked and kept secured as a crime scene but she had permission from the officer, after all it was her boyfriends house. But she wasn't save. It was then it stroke her how warris always felt when he kept telling her not to go out alone at night, she didn't see the use, if her parents didn't care about her where abouts then she found it wrong that he took it personal.

But that was the difference, he cared but her parents didn't. That was very clear.

It was midday but yet she was too scared to move about or even go to her own home, not to talk of warris.
A few people had come to pay him a visit but he was not anything to fine, he was still in bad shape. He hadn't even woken up yet. All she had done was go get Janna and herself something to eat.

Warris mother Janna, had been her back bone so far, she was not strong and as such, had no appetite, but Janna had forced her to eat. She wouldn't lie she felt better, stronger and more focused after the food.

The doctor had come in twice already to check on warris and according to him, warris was improving, but needed a few days before he could be good to wake up, but at the time, they had let him in on painkillers.

Warris dad had been out of town but had to rush back for the bad news. She and Janna sat back waiting, hoping he would come soon as she needed to go to warris and also have a change of clothes and a warm shower.

The officer had not being so friendly to them, he ignored their questions about any news on the case, it angered her but Janna had told her to keep shut.

It was wrong for her to speak rudely to someone who was trying to help. To her, in her perspective, he was not helping, it was his job, and so was it his duty to keep watch of people, to protect people, it was his own way of putting food on his table so he was not helping. He came to the hospital to check on warris not because he cared for his wellbeing like a few friends of warris who came earlier, but because he needed warris to get better, maybe not better but he needed him to wake up and be able to talk so he could carry out his duty, so he could question him, somehow, she liked it that he was not up yet, so the officer could keep on with the little to and fro ride, but no she needed him herself, she wanted him to wake up so she could be sure he was ok and wcould be fine sooner.

The last person Tina knew warris had seen or spoken to before her that night was Daco and from what she knew, Daco and warris were close mates, if not mark then, she could say warris was the closest to Daco, but to her surprise she had not seen him anywhere, anywhere around the hospital since warris had being brought in, she hadn't heard anything about him, he didn't even call her to know how his friend was keeping up. She wondered if things were that bad, was he that angry with warris as not to care even at his almost dieing condition. she asked herself thoughtfully,

After her little time of mind wonder, she had brought herself back and felt it was good she kept herself busy, maybe have a look at some magazine, she stood and walked to the rake on the wall, by the door and had taken one magazine, the only one that hadn't have to do with medical.

Just as she was about to sit, she heard noise from out side, it was a female's voice, asking for a room or something, she didn't hear properly neither did Janna as she shook her head when their eyes meet.
She was just about to take her sit when the door opened, in walked two women, one a bit tiny and the other, well she wasn't to call very big.

"Excuse me.....am guessing this should be ummm..."

"Warris?" Janna completed

"Oh yes.. thank you"
