chapter 7: eleven

the next week on Saturday Yixing woke up earlier than usual on his day off and got dressed

Jungkook and him were going to meet up in a café in an hour or so

Jenna didn't know about this, she thought he was going to bring Jungkook the love letter, but in reality Yixing was going to make Jungkook tell him about his feelings for Jenna...

"annyeong hyung!"

"annyeong, kookie"

jungkook sat down and smiled again

"why did you want me to come here?"

"oh no reason...just...chat i guess? what's up with you?!"

"well, not a lot..? i'm ok" Jungkook frowned

"and your social life? got yourself a girlfriend yet?"

(god he sounded like a creepy family member. he made himself cringe)

"eh..no, but-..."

"but? do you like someone?!" yixing's eyes opened wide, making him look like a surprised bunny

jungkook raised an eyebrow, but yixing looked too funny and he chuckled

"i might" he smiled and sipped from his coffee

"who is it? do i know them?!"

"why would i tell you?"

"because...i could help...she or he might like you too" yixing tried

"she" jungkook quickly confirmed, and chuckled
"well you probably don't know her so..."

"where did you meet her?"

"at the restaurant"

yixing did an inner victory dance and smiled

"do you know her name? maybe i do know her"

"ehm...jenna" jungkook muttered

it was a good thing jungkook was looking down at his shoes at that moment because yixing couldn't keep his excitement a secret anymore

"and..does she like you too?"

"no.. she doesn't even know me"

yixing smiled brightly,
"why don't you write her a love-letter?"

"I don't know where she lives so that would be-"

"i can give it to her" yixing said too quickly

"wait a minute...you know her?!"

woops.

Yixing sighed and felt inside his jacket for Jenna's letter to Jungkook...

yixing and jungkook arrived at the street where yixing and his roommates lived, and he opened the front door.

he wanted to follow jungkook inside but he heard a car horn and turned around to see Baekhyun wave at him

he got out of the car and it suddenly hit Yixing that the concert would be today.

"ready to go?!"

"eh..ye i just need to get my stuff..."

his friend nodded and yixing quickly walked inside

Jungkook was standing in de hallway like a lost puppy and Yixing repressed a smile and gathered some air in his lungs...

"JENNAA!" he shouted onto the stairs, making jungkook jump in surprise

upstairs they heard something fall onto the floor and a lot of stumbling about, but then footsteps sounded on the stairs..

a light turned on at the top of the dark staircase and through the beam of light came a girl wearing a beautiful, flowy dress

she smiled and swiped some hair behind her ear as she elegantly walked downstairs.

Yixing quickly looked to his side to see jungkook openly gawk at the semi-angel-jenna..

"h-h-hi"

"annyeong~" Jenna tried to appear
confident but yixing could see her hands were clenched into fists of nervousness behind her back.

Yixing looked from the one to the other and smiled

"yixing! how long-..." baekhyun appeared into the stage, frowning in frustration

"let's just go upstairs for a moment, hyung, i still need to get my stuff so..."

yixing smirked at jenna and she smiled back

"well ok, if we don't arrive late everything's fine by me..." baekhyun growled as his friend pulled him onto the stairs.

yixing turned around one more time and winked at jenna,

and she winked back.
