Riley used her new crutches to help her limp out of the doctors office. She had never felt more free, well that she remembered. Riley got into the car, on her own, she felt like a baby taking there first steps.
  When Riley got back to her house, she immediately went to her room. Riley cruched to the window, where there was a not.

Charlie? Who's that Riley asked herself. Riley grabbed her yearbook and looked for a Charlie. "Man he was cute," Riley thought, "but not the best handwriting."
Riley texted the number and invited him over. Minutes later, Lucas arrived.
"Lucas? What are you doing here?!" Riley exclaimed.
"Riley I love you! You don't know how sorry I am, fo-for kissing Maya. I wish I could take that back. If you forgive me I will never do you wrong again. Please," Lucas said, before taking a risk and kissing Riley. Only this time she kissed back, for a whole minute, before breaking away. Riley stared at a spot on the wall.
Riley? Are you ok?" Lucas asked,"I'm sorry."
"I remember," Riley said, "I remember everything!"
"What?" Lucas asked.
"You heard me Lucas, Riley said, "or as some people call you, ranger Rick."
"Please don't call me that," Lucas joked, "Riley will you be my girlfriend?" Lucas asked.
"Of course," Riley said.
Lucas helped Riley down the stairs.       "What are you doing here," Cory asked with an angered tone.
"Mr. Matthews you may want to here this," Lucas said.
"I love you, Dad," Riley said, "text that to mom, and tell her I want to go get dinner at my favorite restaurant, Cheesecake Factory.
"Riley," he said, "who told you Cheesecake Factory away your favorite restaurant?"
"I did," she said, "I also told myself to trust Lucas end my fight with Maya and Farkle, go back to school and that Lucas helped give birth to a foal. And I remember everything!" Cory gave his daughter a hug.
"How much did I forget?" Riley asked. 
"Well it was like you were here, yet mr actually here." Cory said.
