I know,I know. It's been so long since I posted a new chappie,but I have my reasons!
1. School
2. I lost my smartphone
3. Not allowed to use a computer/laptop unless it's weekends
Geez,I miss being in here,writing stories about my OTP but I also have my education to take care of....
Yeah,tough job and it's also the second grading so it will be a bloody war for me...
But,I won't forget about this first story I created that you guys oh so love and Thank you also for supporting this story! It even reached 1k which is surprising for me! I never thought it would go this far!! ^_^

'Come on Lei,where are you?' Link thought as he ran down through the hallways,searching for his friend.
He's been worried sick about Lei lately because of her actions this past few weeks. He would always see her with a smile on her face but this time,that smile was rarely seen now. He would see dark circles underneath her eyes behind her red-framed glasses as well. He kept on asking her if she's alright every single time he sees something wrong but the same answer was given to him along a forced smile:
"I'm fine,just a bit sleep deprived is all"
He knew that that's not the main reason,he was determined to know what's going on and he's not going to stop.
He kept on running,his hair a bit disheveled and his glasses kept on falling on his nose,checking every single place where Lei could possibly be. Along the way,he bumped into someone. He almost fell to the ground but a pair of hands caught his shoulder to prevent him from falling. Gaining his balance,he looked up and saw Rhett with a worried look on his face.
"Hey Link,you alright? You seemed to be in a hurry" Rhett said as he lets go of his shoulders. Link pushed his glasses up,breathing heavily. As soon as his breathing came back to normal,he faced Rhett once again.
"Yeah,I'm fine,but have you seen Lei anywhere? I can't seem to find her"
"Wait,you mean,you didn't go to school together?" Rhett asked,his face full of confusion. 'Funny,If I know correctly,these two goes to school very early to hang out in the library,what gives?' Rhett thought.
Link shook his head. "No,I've looked everywhere! Look at the time already,school's about to start in an hour,Rhett and she's not here yet!" Panic started rushing through him but it was stopped when Rhett grab hold of his shoulders once again.
"Hey,knowing Lei,she would refuse missing school. I would stop worrying if I were you because she'll come around,eventually."
"But-" Link looked down but was forced to look at Rhett's eyes when he put a finger underneath his chin and tilting his head up. Blue eyes meeting gray/green.
"Trust me Link,she'll come around. I just know it." Link looked at his eyes and saw determination and full of hope. Nothing to say,Link just nodded his head. Rhett lets go of his chin and shoulder,satisfied that he managed to give him enough hope.
"Come,we should move on." Rhett said as walked,heading to his locker. Link thought for a moment and then sighed,he catched up to Rhett until they're walking side by side,still worrying about Lei. Looking down at Link, Rhett reached for his hand and squeezed it gently,giving him comfort. Link gasped but then relaxed and squeezed back. Looking down at their intertwined hands,Link just smiled and looked ahead of him.

Before class started,Lei came in the room on time before the teacher started the class.Her short hair,which is worn down is sticking out of her hoodie,signs that she's been skating rather fastly (she has wheels hidden on her shoes),her hoodie still on top of her head,making her face a little visible,her hand leaning on the doorway,panting slightly while her other hand was holding her bag. Gaining her composure,she stood up straight and brought her hoodie down,fixing her hair a bit and excusing herself for being late. She entered the room and sat down to her desk next to Link. Link noticed her tired face, and grew more worried about her.
Lunchtime hits and the two didn't see a bubbly,teasing girl that they knew,rather they didn't see her at all.The two shared worried looks as they looked at each other
"Where could she be? I'm getting more worried,Rhett." Link said,craning his neck in search for his bestfriend.
"I dunno,Link. But I had to admit,she's acting pretty weird this past few weeks. It's like,something is bothering her but I don't know what..."
"Getting late at school,sleeping in class,and having a forced smile? This is so not like her..." Link said as he gave up in looking for her. He sat back and released a sigh.
"When she came in to school,she's not in her tip-top shape. She looks like she's been taken in the dark..." Link said thoughtfully. Sighing,he sat up straight and placed his hands on the table. Thinking of what to do.
Rhett once again grabbed his hands as a sign of comfort,squeezing it. Link looked up at him and saw Rhett's eyes softened.
"Don't worry about it too much Link. I'll tell you what,we'll try and talk to her tomorrow since it's weekends,and we both know that Lei and I stays at your place,so this will be a great opportunity to talk to her. Sounds good to you?" Rhett said,his voice full of determination. Link smiled and nodded hesitantly,squeezing his hand back.
