Kaneki stared at you in disbelief. You hurt him for the first time. "Well? Answer my question baka!" You screamed getting impatient. "And where am I? " You studied the group of people around you. "Did my brother do this?! Well you can tell him I have no interest in being anyone's pet!" You pushed through the group of ghouls and walked right out. "(F/n)! Wait! " Kaneki yelled following you. You made it to the living room and Touka, Hikari, and Reed smiled at you. "I'm glad your not in pain anymore, (F /n)." Touka-chan said.
"Mommy! Are you okay now?"
-"Mommy! Are 6ou okay now?"
The twins worried. "Who the hell are you? And don't call me 'Mommy' I hate children." Hikari and Reed started to cry. "(F/N)!? What has gotten into you!?" Touka yelled. "(F/n)!" Kaneki yelled running down the stairs and grabbing your hand. "Why can't you get it in your head!? I'm not someone's pet!!!" You slapped him across the face and quickly left them. "What..? What's wrong with her?" Touka asked. "She doesn't remember me or anyone else." Kaneki's legs felt weak for once and fell to his knees. "..She's punishing me...For when I left her. I deserve this...." Kaneki muttered.
Touka placed her hand on his shoulder. "No it's not your fault. We'll get her back. She didn't give up on you. So your not goingto give up on her!" Touka's words lifted his head and nodded. "But how..?" She wondered. "We need to start over." Kaneki said getting up. "Hinami!" Touka called for her and she came down from the stairs. "Yes? " She asked. "Do you still have that cosplay with that wig ?" Hinami-chan thought and nodded. "Yes! I'll be right back." She ran off into her room. "Why do we need a wig?" Kaneki asled. "Not we, you." "Huh?" He was confused. "You met (F/n) when you had that dorky hair remember? " She said. "It wasn't that bad....." He said pulling at his white strains. Hinami came back with a short black wig. "Here you go!"
Kaneki took the wig and examined it. "This wig looks exactly like my old hair... how did you get this?" Kaneki asked. "...Amazon....."
She murmured. Kaneki just sighed and went up stairs into the hall bathroom. He tried as much as he could to keep his white hair in the wig. He looked exactly like he used to. He put on a smile and heard a knock on the door. He opened it and saw hinami handing him a box. "Here!" He took it. "What is it?" He asked. "Your old eyepatch." She smiled and left. He closed the door and opened the box. He picked up the white string and put it on over his left eye. He noticed everyone was in the living room now and went back into his room. He pulled out his old blue sweater . He changed into his old clothes and walked downstairs. Everyone stared at him in disbelief. "K-kaneki!?" Nishki was shocked. "We need to get going. " He said and headed to the door. "Well that brings back some memories doesn't it." Nishki asked coming with him. "Yeah...I looked like this when I first beat your ass." Kaneki smirked.
Nishki moved away from him. "I remember some things as well! Like when I first met you my sweet Kaneki." Tsukiyama smirked. "Yeah, and that's also when I beat your ass, Tsukiyama." Touka laughed. Kaneki just ended up leaving and everyone followed. Kaneki followed your sent. "She went back to Tokyo...shit." He now was running with everyone not too far behind.
They made it to Tokyo and it was horrific near the 20th ward. CCG still looking for them. Kaneki and the others stayed quite while walking around. He followed your sent to the old Anteiku. It was still burned down. The little remote section was still there. Kaneki stopped walking before he passed it. "What's wrong? " Touka asked. "I forgot the milk....." He hung his head low. Hinami snuck away from the group into the nearby store. She came back a few minutes later. "Kaneki! Here!" She came back with a plastic bowl and milk. She handed it to him.
Everyone had behind a corner and looked around it. Kaneki sighed and walked in front of you. Before he went to far, he stopped and smiled at you. He bent down and pet your head. He pulled out the bottle and bowl. "You must be hungry." He gave you the bowl keeping the smile on his face. You slowly backed out of the hole and sniffed it. "Well, go on." He said. You took a few sips and gave a happy mew. He pet your head once more, got up,and left. He circled back around to everyone else. "Truly beautiful my sweet Kaneki!" Tsukiyama said wiping away the single tear. "Now what?" Nishki asked. "This same routine goes on for a few more days then she'll soon walk home with me. " Kaneki explained. Everyone nodded and went the other way. That means we'll need to stay here for a few days. " Touka said. "Yeah and we'll need to find a new coffee shop. " Kaneki added.
For the past few days, kaneki has been going alone and doing the same thing every day for the past weak. "You know, your lucky I came by here every day, there's a lovely coffee shop I go to every morning." Kaneki mentioned. You listened to what he was saying.
Oh?... you thought. He left again and you waited for the next day. Kaneki gave you the milk and when he left you followed him in your human form with your black cat hoodie. He entered the shop and waited at a table. You soon walked in a few minutes later. You picked a seat near a window while Kaneki sat in a booth. You noticed him looking at you and he started to blush. You gave him a small smile. How cute..he's embarrassed. You thought smirking to your self. "What would you like to order?" A waiter asked you taking your attention off of Kaneki. "Just a milk coffee please." You sighed. He smiled and went behind the counter. Kaneki got up and slowly walked towards you. "U-um...miss!.." Kaneki called catching your attention. He had act like his shy self again. "Do you mind if I buy you a cup of coffee?"
