It was Saturday morning when you woke up noticing kaneki was not in the bed. He's probably in the kitchen. You thought walking to the bathroom. You turned on the hot water only and stepped in the tub. You didn't like really cold water. After you were done cleaning your body, you decided to stay in the tub a bit longer to enjoy the warm water surrounding you.
You grabbed you head phones from your jacket and put the in you ears. Kaneki walked back in the room a few minutes later wondering where you were.
He opened the bathroom door to see the room filled with steam from your hot bath. Unknowing you were in the bath, he pulled the shower curtain back and his face turned bright red at you naked figure in the water.
You opened your eyes to see him staring down at you with a red face. You blushed as well and quickly covered your self screaming. "GET OUT! GET OUT! GET OUT!!" You threw a bottle of shampoo at him as he quickly raced out of the bathroom shutting the door.
You covered your face and just thinking how long he stared at you. You soon got out and wrapped a towel around your body and walked into the the room. You grabbed a pair of (F/c) jeans and a (F/c) Tank top with a (F/c) jacket with cat ears sown into the hoodie. You walked into the living room to see kaneki face still red. You sat next to him on the couch and he jumped at your sudden appearance.
"Don't worry I'm clothed." You said poking his cheek. "Anyways, where are we going today, hm?" You asked. "Huh? What do you mean?" He asked back. You looked at him with a disappointment. "I can't believe you forgot about our date!" You said flicking him in the arm. "Ow!... o-oh yeah..the date gomen'nasai..." He said scratching the back of his head with a nervous smile. You sighed and waited for him to think of somewhere to go.
"Well why don't we go out and see the city lights? " He smiled. "Hmm..Okay. If you don't leave me alone again." You pouted. He pet your head and rubbed on your ear. "You really don't like being alone do you." "S-shut up..." You laid your head on his lap and let him continue to pet your (H/l) (H/c) hair and soft Neko ears. "(F/n)-san? Are you purring? " He asked with a smile on his face. "N-no!" You said sitting up blushing a little. Kaneki laughed and kissed your forehead. "I'm just joking."
*TIME SKIP*
Kaneki took out in to the heart of Tokyo to show you the beautiful sights. You were amazed by all the pretty colourful lights and the little knickknacks in the store's window when you passed. Kaneki enjoyed seeing you have a good time, he couldn't stop smiling. "(F/n)-san. I want to take you somewhere." He said grabbing your hand. He took you to an abandoned building."Kaneki-kun? Where are we?" You asked scanning the building. He just pulled you up a staircase to the roof of the building. "Just trust me. Sit." He smiled patting the ground next to him.
You sat down and he held your hand making you jump for a second. "Look up in the sky." He pointed to the black Sea in the sky and a flash of red, blue, yellow, purple and green appeared. Fireworks were shot into the sky and you two had a perfect view. "I used to come here when I was a child." He said. "With your parents?" You asked. His smile turned into a frown. "No..they died before they could ever show me. My friend Hide showed me." You stopped smiling as well and looked down. "Kaneki I'm...I'm sorry I shouldn't have asked. " He looked back at you with a worried expression. "No your fine. Please don't be sad. "
You gave him a small smile. "What about your parents?" He asked. "They died as well.. They went out to search of a master as well when they found one..he murdered them right in front of me and my brother. " You said sadly. "My brother left me for dead and I've been alone ever since. Until you came." You smiled. "I was still lonely but knowing that someone cared enough made me okay." Kaneki pulled you into a hug. "I will never leave you alone again. " He whispered in your ear. Tears started to fall from your (e/c) eyes and you hugged him back.
You two spent an hour or two up on the roof when the fireworks stopped. You fell asleep in his lap while you finished watching the show as a cat. He picked you up slowly, and walked home. He placed you on the bed and he eventually went to sleep next to you.
