I know what it's like,
to fake a smile,
pretend to be happy,
and laugh for a while.
Then when you're alone,
you let it all out,
the tears start rolling,
and you can't help but shout.
Shout out for help,
for someone to show you they care,
someone to tell you,
"Please just hang in there."
It's hard somedays,
and you just want to die,
but please stay with us,
please don't cry.
Suicide seems like,
the perfect solution,
but trust me you won't like,
suicide's resolution.
A/N: This poem is dedicated to Daniel Kyre, a member of a YouTube group known as Cyndago. He was hilarious, talented, good-looking. He always seemed happy, but on September 16, 2015 he attempted suicide, and died on September 18. I send only love and support to his family and friends, I can't imagine their pain. We love you Daniel, rest in peace.
Please, if you ever have suicidal thoughts, seek help. The world already lost one amazing, talented person (and many many more), don't let it lose another.
