Hiro's P.O.V

(Y/n) and I were hanging out early in the morning. Neither of us had anything to do which was quite normal.

We had already been on at least one hundred dates and nothing excited ever happened.

"She says she's no good with words but I'm worse
Barely stuttered out a joke of a romantic stuck to my tongue
Weighed down with words too over-dramatic
Tonight it's "It can't get much worse"
Vs. "No one should ever feel like...""

I feel like I failed as a boyfriend.

"I gotta go Hiro... My mum needs me, bye." She stated, leaving the building. I had no idea how to feel about being left alone.

"I'm two quarters and a heart down
And I don't want to forget how your voice sounds

I missed her voice, I missed her pretty face. Even if she just left, I missed her already.

And that's when I got an idea. I called (y/n) and waited for her to answer. "Hello?"

"(Y/n)... We need to talk." I said slowly.

"You always fold just before you're found out

"Yes?" She asked nervously.

"We don't seem to into our relationship... If we can spend one day apart with ought a single contact... I'll know we still care about each other... If not... We break up."

"Are you insane?! That makes no sense what so ever." She exclaimed.

"It does to me..." I said quickly.

"Hiro wai-" but I ended the call.

(Y/n) P.O.V

I stared at my phone. Hiro made no sense what so ever! This plan was a waste of time that I could use to spend with him-... Maybe it would be harder than I thought.

I decided to do his silly request and found myself deleting a total of 33 texts before sending them to Hiro, realising I did miss him.

Funnily this scenario made me want to talk with Hiro even more. Nowadays we barely talked and sat in silence but now many thoughts were in my mind.

"Why don't you show me a little bit of spine

Eventually I went to bed with ought a single text saying goodnight. That made me feel empty, I guess this test of love was actually really challenging.

I woke up early looking at the clock, 3 hours until I could meet him. The temptation was actually killing me. I decided to go to the park to calm myself down.

I stayed at the park for a long time until it was time to see Hiro. I got up excited and ran to the Lucky Cat Cafe, pushing aside pedestrians and spotting the cafe in view.

I ran to the front door and burst through it. Customers gave me funny looks as I ran up the stairs.

I skipped three steps at a time and burst into his bedroom, jumping on top of him and hugging him.

"What the?! (Y/n)?" Hiro asked.

"I missed you! I was scared to text you because I didn't wanna break up! I have so many things to say... the first being this." I said, kissing him.
