Her name, Raven Salem.
A beautiful young woman with flawless pale skin, mesmerizing jade green eyes and perfectly jet black hair to the middle of Her back.
She had a lovely body with curves in the right places and assets that caused heads to turn and stare as She walked on by.
A truly outspoken, loving, caring, charismatic, passionate person so full of life until She met Him again years after high school ended.
His name, Eric Tomley.
A "bad boy" wannabe from a wealthy family that gave Him whatever He wanted.
Her old life ended the day He almost hit Her with His sports car while speeding down the dirt road that connected Her house and a few others to main street.

"What the hell is wrong with you!? It's only 15 through here not 55 you jackass!!" Raven yelled as She slammed Her fists on the hood of His shitty excuse for a sports car.

"Why don't you watch where you're walking you fucking ghost." He says as He chuckles with His friend.

"Oh aren't we clever. Did you come up with that all by yourself little man?"
She replies back sarcastically as She starts to gather up Her belongings that fell out of Her hands.

"Why don't you just go back where you belong. The cemetery, you witch."
Eric's friend yells out the window as they speed on by.

"Assholes." Raven mumbles to Herself before continuing on Her way to work as a Dentist Assistant {and Receptionist when Shay is off.}

The rest of the walk to work was uneventful and peaceful which is how Raven always liked it.
Once at work she gets changed then checks out the appointment list the other Receptionist made the day before and the fourth name down strikes a nerve.

"Son of a bitch." She quietly whispers to Herself.

The morning goes well till noon arrived cause that's when He walked through the door and up to the front desk.

"Uhm hi I have...." He starts to say but gets cut off.

"An appointment at 12:15. Hello Mr. Tomley." Raven says as She looks up at Him.

"You're..." He begins.

"The woman you almost hit this morning." She finishes.

"I'm really really sorry about that I should've been watching where I was going and I shouldn't have been speeding like I was." He tells Her sounding sincere.

"I'm just glad you didn't hit me. Anyway here's some forms you need to fill out and give back when you're done. Dr. Ramone will be with you shortly." She tells Him as She goes back to doing paperwork.
