Chapter 14

Bryan automatically backed up away from me.  I didn't want him too, but it was best, and definately the right thing to do at this very moment.  Kevin was standing in the door way with a suspicious look on his face.  I did not know how this would go.

"Tina, they want you in the office." he said to me in a weary voice.

"Umm...okay." I said to him.

I got off the desk and headed towards the doorway.  I gave Kevin a faint smile but he did not seem to return the favor.  Before I left I turned around and looked at Bryan.

"Thanks Bry...Mr. Farber." I said to him and smile.

He smiled back at me.  "Anytime Tina." he replied.

Kevin just stood in the doorway looking kind of pissed off as we exited the door way.  As we walked to the office together, Kevin was staring at me.  I looked at him.

"What?"

"What the hell was that?" he said to me.

"What are you talking about Kevin?"

"You and Mr. Farber.  Why was his arms around you?"

"He was trying to comfort me Kevin.  It wasn't that big of a deal."

I started to walk ahead of him to the office.  After everything that has happened, I really did not need us arguing right now.  I tried to brush this situation off, however Kevin grabbed my arm and spun me around.  Clearly he was not finished with the subject.

"Like hell it wasn't.  He was looking at you like you were something he wanted!" he yelled in my face.

He was really mad now.  I never saw him like this.

"Kevin let go of me!" I shouted.

"NO." he said in vein.

His eyes grew dark, and not in a seductive way.  His face began to turn red and all of a sudden I felt like I was little to him.  

"Listen to me.  I was completely having a total break down today and he was just comforting me.  That's all." I pleaded with him.  His grip on me began to really hurt even more to the point I can feel the bruises forming.

"That is suppose to be my job." He said through gritted teeth.

"And it still will be unless you don't let go of me!"

He dropped my arm and backed up a little bit.

"I was talking to Erica." he said.

I looked at him disgusted and angry.

"What! What the hell for?!" I said.

"She came up to me and started saying something like "of course he would grab Tina. He's wanted to touch her since she was 14." he said in a girlish voice. "I had looked at her like she was crazy but, what I saw in that classroom..." he trailed off.

"Oh my god.  Your listening to Erica now?!  Mr. Farber is my teacher for god sake.  There's nothing happening Kevin and that's it."

Just as I said that the intercom went off.

"Tina Daniels report to the main office immediately.  Tina Daniels report to the main office immediately."

I looked at Kevin and grabbed his hand.

"There's nothing to worry about.  Do you hear me?" I said.

He was silent.

"Do you hear me?!" I repeated.

He still didn't answer me.  Fine.  Since he wanted to act like that I dropped his hand and walked to the office alone.  Boys.  Can't live with them, can't live without them.
