'Lucy!' I heard someone yell behind me. I know who it was so I started to walk faster through the crowd. Not wanting to talk to George. 'Lucy! Wait up!' I heard again. I didn't stop. But I knew he would catch up with me soon, as he was way faster then I was.
I was right. Not much later I felt two hands grabbing my arms and pulling my out of the crowd.
Darn! I was caught.
'Lucy!' George said. I didn't look up at him. Not wanting to see his eyes. He put an hand under my chin and made me look up at him. 'Lucy, listen to me' He said firmly. It was so not for him to be serious or firmly. So I stopped struggling and listened. 'I didn't want to make you feel the way I did. God no! You're my best friend' I felt that I was softening, which wasn't what I wanted because it caused a little smile to appear on George's face. He knew he was winning me over. 'So can you forgive me?' He asked.
I had been mad at him for over a week. I felt so lonely. I guess I can forgive him. So I smiled a little and nodded.
'I forgive you' I said. George smile turned brighter. He hugged me, lifting me of my feet and spinning me around. I laughed while he did it.
'You're the best' He said when he put me back on my feet. Then he put an arm over my shoulder, while we walked to the Gryffindor Tower, where I haven't been in also a week. 'And so you know. You were uncomfortable because of my hot almost naked body leaning against you, right?' He asked grinning.
I laughed. I had been uncomfortable if it was just any guy. But I just smiled up at him.
'If that's what you like to think'
On the couch in the common room sat Fred and Lee.
'Finally made up we see?' Lee asked hopeful. I smiled and nodded.
'Yes we have. I wouldn't be here if we hadn't' I said walking up to them. George let his arm fall, so he could sit down on a chair.
Lee stood up and hugged me.
'Great, welcome back mate!' He said while letting go of me. He winked and sat down again.
Now Fred stood up and faced me, he looked a little nervous. I punched him on his shoulder.
'What's the matter, buddy?' I asked. Why the hell had I called him buddy? Who does that?! Stupid! Stupid me! He now looked in my eyes, but still he played nervously with his hands.
'So you're not mad at me anymore?' I was a little confused, did he really thought I had been so mad at him, I ignored the three of them?! I hadn't even been mad at him, of course I didn't like it he let George do such thing. But it wasn't his fault. I just didn't want to be with George and as he was always with Fred.. o, I had ignored him.
'Stupid, I was never mad at you' I said. George and Lee were in a heated conversation about some kind of prank, so they weren't listening.
'Really? Not even because you slept in the same bed as I?' He asked a little confused.
'Yeah, why did that happen?' I asked, but still smiling.
'I kind of.. well, I was sleepy and so were you. So I laid down on my bed, still with you in my arms. I didn't think about it and fell asleep' He said, still looking worried at me. As if I could snap at him any moment.
'I'm not mad at you and haven't been mad at you' I said while I pulled him in a hug. I wrapped my arms around his waist, my head against his chest. After a few seconds he hugged me back. His arms around me and his head leaning on mine.
'I missed you' He whispered. I sighed, relieved.
'I missed you too'
'Why are you grinning at us? George, Lee?' I asked. They grinned wider.
