43- Good morning? More like good mourning.

Day 24. Six days until the project was over.
Sayuri awoke in an instant after looking at the time on her cellphone. It was already eleven o'clock. She sighs as she got up to do her daily morning routine, which surprisingly took only twenty minutes.
When she stepped out of the bathroom with a towel and hair brush in hand, she could already smell freshly cooked rice that came from downstairs. She smirked as she began walking back to her room. Another thing to celebrate, eh?
After setting her things aside, she saunters down the hall and down the stairway. As she walked through the living room and into the kitchen, she finds Sasuke, still in his tank-top and sweat pants. As for the kitchen, it was a mess; utensils were spread out on the countertop, salt was all over the floor. Sayuri had nearly slipped on some stray soup.
Sasuke turned. Sayuri barely held in her laugh as soon as she saw his face. Even his face was covered up with ingredients. He shook his head, turning back to the pot of soup he was currently boiling.
At that moment, Sayuri turned around to walk over to the dining table, only to find Itachi. His mouth dropped at the sight of the kitchen. At that point, Sayuri had bursted into tears from her laughing too hard.
"I'm starting to hate celebrating random things like this," he snapped.

"Kiba-kun?" Hinata knocks on the door softly as Akamaru stood behind her. Kiba had locked himself up in his room all day and all night yesterday ever since they got back from the field. Needless to say that he was more angry than he was heartbroken. He almost crashed into two cars as they were driving their way back to the house.
Today was a little different. On the other side of the door, Kiba was crawled up into a ball on the floor. He shook at the flashback of that moment as if he were traumatized. He shook violently at the moment he saw someone he despised so much as of right now, someone he considered his competition, stealing yet another kiss from his crush in an attempt to win her heart. And the fact that she kissed him back hurt him even more, but at the same time, it made him vengeful.
"Kiba-kun, p-please come out..."
Yet he would only willingly get up and walk out of the room if Sayuri was the one begging him to rather than Hinata. Oh, Kiba. He must really be in-love with her.
He managed to choke out in a weak voice, "I hate you so much, Sasuke Uchiha."
Hinata sighed. She knew he wouldn't come out of the room any time soon. There was no use of trying any longer. Though, she didn't want to bother anyone at the moment, now she was forced to.
She walks down the hallway, leaving Akamaru lying beside the door begging Kiba to at least let him in. Hinata was prepared that one person Kiba is currently mourning over since, apparently, that was the only way to ease a broken heart.
Oh, how she hoped it would at least help a little.
