I sprang out of the cage and attacked his throat. He hit the floor and I started choking him. "You think you're can kill me!?" Deadgate shouted while laughing. "I'm winning." He pushed me off with a blast of energy and I hit the ceiling. Belle yelped and started fighting against the bars. They were made of something that blocked our power. I pulled out Daybreak and Bloodthirst, he pulled out his swords, Bloodbane and Nightshade. "You're move, mutt." I shot forward and crashed into him, holding him against the wall. It was just a small metal room. I felt cold metal sink into my leg and I yelped. He pushed me back and I stabbed him in the shoulder. "Nice shot." He smiled and laughed as he threw me back into a wall. I felt my ribs crack as he slammed me into the ground again. "I beat you once before, I'll do it again." "Not likely."
I grabbed his wrist and threw him forward, tripping him in the process. He hit the floor face first and I heard a crack as his nose broke. I stepped back before he could stab me in the foot. He teleported back onto his feet and he blasted me into the wall again. I summoned my own power and burnt him across the face with a bolt of light. "How did I do that?" "You're strong. But not strong enough." He tripped me and I was pinned to the ground, his grinning face above mine. "I can tell you still want to see the city's, see you're parents faces. But guess what?" I tried to push him off me, but I was stuck. "I destroyed the city's, and killed them. Not out of rage or vengeance or to hurt you. Because it was FUN!!" Power erupted from my chest and he went flying. He just landed on his feet lightly and smiled. "You're full of surprises. I feel bad, my only one is that I've been holding back." A ray of red energy erupted from his hand shot me through the wall.
I skidded across the Tarmac of the outside. My vision was blurry and my ears were ringing, but I could see Belles cage dissipate. He walked out of the rubble with her at sword point. Pointed at her neck, to be precise. "Delsin, I can't use my powers." I saw the shackles on her hands and the magic coming off of them. They were blocking her powers. I tried to move, but everything was sluggish. "You know Delsin, I'm not sure what it will take to achieve my goal. After all, you are incredibly stubborn." I rose to my knees unsteadily. "I burnt the city's to the ground and slaughtered their army's, but I didn't stop there. No. I turned family's to dust and laughed at their screams. On by one, all those little lights in their eye, went out. I can't wait to see how fast hers will dim." I launched myself forward using my wings and buried both my swords in his chest. We hit the ground with a crunch and he looked up at me with a smile. "I. Win." And he went out. A blast erupted from his body, and I was knocked unconscious.
