The Mother Of My Children

Sophie's POV:

I've been talking to Mary for about an hour, we have a lot to catch up on..but i am not talking to her about Tyler i want her to be safe and i want her to have nothing to do with him..

"hey girl i have to go, my mum is nagging me to go to the supermarket i'll call you later...you don't wanna know about the boring day i'm gonna have"

"at least you get to go shopping with your mum"

"i didn't mean it like that Sophie.."

"Mary you can talk about your mum...you should be happy that you can go out and have a boring day with her..i would give anything to have a boring day with my mum..."

"i know...ill talk to you later Sophie get better yeah?"

"you know it"

"bye love"

And i hung up the phone.. i feel like i have a list of things to do today, see if everything is cool with my brothers, go and see what Alex wanted me for and just get better cause i have school tomorrow...damn it...

"hey your still alive"Brad stated as he was walking up to our bedroom door

"you know it!" i said and got up from my bed

"get dressed, Josh has the day planned with things to do" he said hopping down the stairs

"i cant i have-" i try to run after him to explain that my day was already full

"a -a -a i don't want to hear it" he said

"uhh..fine"

I got dressed put my hair in a messy bun and applied a little bit of make up since i looked white as a vampire. I went down stairs and into the kitchen were my brothers were sitting around the table eating their breakfast

"hey sleepy head"Josh said standing up and pulling me a chair out

"morning"i replied

"you look terrible"Brad said..then realized what he had just said and looked down into his bowl

"thank you..."i said

"we should really get a smaller table"Josh said looking around the empty table

"i know we can be a bit squished in here some times but, we cant get a smaller table what if mum and dad come back? What happens then?"Brad said

"Sophie do me a favor and go upstairs"Josh said as if i was his dog and i followed his orders

"no, we said no secrets between us..."i stated

"just say what you have to say Josh!" Brad shouted getting up from his chair

"fine...you really wanna know?" Josh said also getting up from his chair "do you really think that they can't get other jobs? Do you really think that we weren't just stupid mistakes?" i could feel tears in my eyes...not because of what he was saying but..because i knew it was true "if they felt bad about not seeing there kids for what..? Is it a 18 months since we've seen them?! They could get other jobs that don't involve not seeing there kids on their birthdays not missing out on memories that are going to last a life time..they can get jobs that still pay the bills but we still get to see them on our graduation..." that was a very good point..we're all graduating next year..Brad is going to California on a scholarship with football..Josh is going to stay here and go to our community collage for engineering and i...don't know yet...it's either Indiana State or Oxford in England...they both accepted me i just don't know..but i'm gonna have to make up my mind up quick...
