"I'll be right out." I left Jason in my room to change into my bathing suit. I changed quickly and walked back out. The afternoon sunlight danced through my window.
"Ready?" I asked Jason.
"Yep."
We decided to stop at his house to get his bathing suit.
"Oh my God. You live here!?" My eyes got big as they traveled over his huge house. It was white with bright pink shutters. It made me laugh as I looked at the shutters. We pulled into the round driveway and he opened my door.
"Do you want to look at it or do you want to go inside?"
"I'll go inside." I said and smiled. He took my hand. We walked into the house hand in hand.
"Hello, kids." A blonde woman greeted us at the door.
"Hi, mom." Jason kissed her cheek. "This is Sophie."
"Hi." I said and smiled. She pulled me into a hug and smiled at me.
"Hello! It's so nice to finally meet you! Jason's been talking about you non stop since... 3 months ago!"
I laughed in spite of the comment.
"Alright, mom. That's enough."
"Where are you guys going?" She asked, still smiling. She was very pretty.
"We're going to the beach. I just have to get my bathing suit."
"Okay, have fun!"
We walked up the stairs. This was like the mansion in the movies. But ten times better. We walked down the hallway to Jason's room.
We walked inside and it was huge. His blue bed was angled in the corner and in another corner, there was one of those egg chairs. I sat in it while he changed.
A little head peeked into the door.
"Hi!" Lilly screamed.
"Hello, Lilly!" She ran over to me.
"What's your name again?"
"I'm Sophia. But you can call me Sophie."
"Hi, Sophie!" She squealed in a little voice. "My name is Lilah. But you can call me Lilly." She said in an important sounding voice. Jason walked out of the room and I stood up.
"Jaysiee!" She ran over to him and he picked her up.
"Hi, Lilah."
She whispered in his ear, but I heard what she said.
"Is she your girlfriend?" She whispered.
"Yes, she is." Jason whispered and smiled at her. Jason put her down and she ran over to me.
"Are you a princess!?" She whispered excitedly.
"No!" I laughed. Her eyes got big. She danced around the room with her hands in the air.
"You're pretty enough to be the prettiest princess in the whole wide world!"
