Autumn and Mike (ABANDONED [maybe start again after I get more readers...?})

Chapter Five: The Quest Begins. For Real.

A/N: Most of you-A.K.A all except one-of you don't know Sabrina Carpenter is my favorite singer/actress. So, I've decided to introduce you to her songs if you don't already know them. I'll try to upload one of her songs on each chapter, assuming she's written enough songs...Today, though, I want to do Radioactive by Imagine Dragons.

Will's POV: What? I can't help it that I'm such an overprotective brother. Don't we all just love our siblings? Haha, I'm kidding. Everyone hates their brothers and/or sisters. But what can I do? I'm just, and I quote, 'A lanky cat stretched out in the sun'. A wise statement from Nico di Angelo. I'm not going to talk about him anymore though, as many of you ship Solangelo. Well, not happening!

Anyways, we took an airplane to Texas. Being grandchildren of the Lord of the Sky, Zeus wouldn't blast us out of the world. Hopefully. But what if he did? What if I put Autumn in danger by forcing her on this quest? I hadn't even thought about the dangers ahead!

I was so lost in thought that I didn't hear Autumn calling me. "Will!" My mind snapped back to reality. "What?" I asked anxiously. I scanned the area for any monsters. "Are we being attacked?" Autumn shook her head. Phew. I don't think grandfather would like us fighting in his domain. "What is it then, Autumn?" Autumn frowned and shook her head. After a while she whispered, "Mike." I turned my head to look at the son of Hermes. I didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Mike was just chilling, listening to music on his iPod. Radioactive, maybe? "No!" Autumn told me sharply. "Look closely." I tried to concentrate on what Mike was doing. Turns out the song was Radioactive, after all. "All I hear is Radioactive playing. Something wrong with that?" Autumn let out a frustrated sigh. "Ugh! Boys!" I raised an eyebrow. "What is that supposed to mean?" Autumn rolled her eyes. "Look very, very, closely at Mike." I sighed. What was wrong with my sister? I looked at Mike just for the sake of Autumn not exploding of frustration.

But then, my eyes widened. How could I not've seen that? Mike seemed to be having two versions of himself, the one that I recently saw and one that seemed to be looking at Autumn with distaste. Did I mention the knife he was gripping?

Mike had come to me only a few days before Manhattan's battle. He requested me to talk some sense into Autumn about hating him. He said he was a nice guy once you got to know him. 'Trust me,' he had pleaded. 'I love Autumn. I want to be with her!' I had told that to Autumn, and she just said, 'A trustworthy person never was to say 'trust me''. Okay I admit that's true. But still...

Autumn pointed to something next to Mike. Or his second version at least. It was a piece of paper. Whatever information is had on it, it must've been important because Autumn looked so excited.

She whispered into my ear. "Will! I think that paper is just what we need!" "What're you talking about?" I asked. Autumn smiled. "Our ticket out of here." I was so confused. What did Autumn mean? "Huh?" I asked like an idiot. This time she didn't say anything just motioned for me to get the paper.

Seriously? If she wants it, then she has to go get it herself! I groaned and snatched up the paper from Mike. He didn't even turn in my direction. It read:

Dear Will and Autumn,
It's your dad, Apollo! I just wanted you to be aware of something so you don't die. The plane you're on is about to crash. Don't panic. In the men's restroom in the back of the plane, there is a box containing armor and parachutes. Grab those items and you'll be safe. Good luck, the awesome sun god, Apollo.

Depressing. I was hoping he'd say something including our safety, and that he loves us so much. But what can you expect from a god? I wish they would-wait, did he say plane crash? I need to get my sister out of here! I stuffed the note into Autumn's hand and ran towards the bathroom. I saw a metal chest and opened it. It had everything Dad had promised, plus more. But then the plane started shaking. I had to get Autumn out of here before it happened, but the plane shook even more violently than before. I squeezed my eyes shut and waited for the worst to happen.

Then the plane crashed.

It's going to be a crossover of my friend KrissyFrippo's fanficiton, 'Skye and Her Quest'. Basically they're going to meet and stuff like that.
