The poison apple sat lonely on the table next to imprisoned old woman in the mirror. She had been betrayed by her own sister. Some say she got what was coming her way, others say it wasn't fair what happened. All but Violet got a happy ending. She will be forever in the magic mirror. If she had not found that mirror, she might have had a happily ever after. What done is done. Jack and Rapunzel, Ella and Charlie, Jason and Red all got married. They lived happily ever after. The End.. I finished as I closed the book and set it on my night stand next to my bed. I stood and changed into my PJ's before getting into bed.
"Did you finish that book again?" Jack, my husband asked me as he got in as well.
"Yea I just did."
"I swear you read at the speed of light.." He mutters as I laugh.
"Goodnight."
"Night.."
I rolled over and saw the mirror in the corner of the room. An old woman could be seen in the reflection of the mirror. She waved as she smiled showed her rotted yellow teeth. I smiled back before drifting off to sleep.
