Blue took her wooden axe and threw it at the lock on the gate, being very quick since she was being chased by two angry witches and their bats. I saw that she missed and that the axe broke, so I took my sword and killed the witches, then went back to the lock with her and helped her to break it.

Fan and Rocket looked around. "Look at all these monsters..." Fan commented. "Whats this place called, anyway?" "Monster village," Chad replied. "We should get some water bottles," I suggested. "We're near a desert. Travis, Chad, why don't you get us some water?" "Ok," Travis agreed.

They came back a few minutes later. No water. "What happened?" asked Firefang. "They said it costs 25 emeralds unless you're a monster," Chad replied. "25?!" barked Blue. "Thats crazy! We don't have any emeralds, and they're more rare than diamonds!" "And besides," Kaylz added. "Who uses emeralds as currency these days? Everybody uses iron ingots!" "Well," I sighed. "I guess we're not getting water." We left Monster village...right after killing all the townsfolk.

It had been 2 hours since we left Monster village, and everyone was very thirsty, including me. "Oh dear God... I am so parched..." Fan mumbled. "Everyone is parched, Fan." Firefang commented. "But we'll just have to deal with it until we get to the next town."  I saw Deli pass out from dehydration, so I put her in my backpack and continued walking.

A few hours after walking, the sun started to set. All of us were hot, tired and thirsty so we set up the tent and I cooked dinner. We were a few steps from making it out of the desert. We were right next to an ocean, so I set up camp next to it. I took Deli out of my backpack and laid her down on my sleeping bag. She suddenly got up. She saw that we were near an ocean so she started slurping down the ocean water. "Deli, wait thats..." Kaylz started. It was too late though, and Deli was guzzling that ocean water down as fast as she could. "Deli..." I sighed. I pulled her away from it before she could take another sip. "Deli. That is SALT WATER." Deli gave me a surprised look and started spitting the water out.

After dinner, I crafted a boat, set it by the tent to use for tomorrow, then got my PJs on and went to bed with everyone else. It was hard to fall asleep since all of us were thirsty.

The next morning, I woke up and went outside. I was about to put the boat into the water when I saw that it was gone. Then, I looked at the ocean and saw a person riding in a boat. OUR BOAT. I looked at the person, and then it dawned on me that it was an annoying boy named Ultimo. "Hey! Ultimo!" I screeched. He noticed me, but he pretended not to hear me, and continued sailing away. We've got to get the boat back! I thought.

I woke everyone up, then we changed into our bathing suits. We packed up our stuff, then got in the water with Deli and our stuff on Firefangs back.

We swam until we caught up to Ultimo. "That was our boat, you jerk!" Chad told him. "Not anymore," Ultimo disagreed, a smug expression on his face. "I'm using it to save Minetopia." "Says who?" Rocket retorted. "Me," Ultimo replied. Blue gave him a huge shove, and he fell off the boat. After that, we all climbed into the boat, flailing in the process. I quickly steered the boat away from Ultimo, who was wading angrily.
