Running into trouble

Jacks P.O.V

I can't believe I lost control this morning! My wolf completely took over my body and I didn't know what was happening until she pushed me away. I told Connor what happened and he said it was normal bearing in mind she is my mate and we haven't done anything (in that department) at all.

"Blue balls man. I'm telling you. You just got a bad case of Big, heavy, blue, wolf balls." Connor exclaimed. 

I laughed at his response. "Alright man, if thats the case, I don't know how long it is before I..."  I stopped myself before the conversation got awkward. "Which shirt? This or this?" I asked, quickly changing the subject as I held up a white button down shirt and a black button down shirt.

"Dude you're like a girl. I think white but you'll choose black" Connor said.

"Huh, you're right, Black it is" I laughed as I put the white shirt into the closet. Myself and Connor were going out earlier than the girls, we figured we'd be waiting round for a while and thought it would be better to go and have a few drinks and meet up with alpha Coleman.

We got in the back of our car and the driver took us to a club on the strip. Before we walked in we could see a queue around the corner and could hear the music blasting. We walked up to the bouncer and Connor whispered something into his ear along the lines of 'let us in' and 'broken neck' before the bouncer opened the door up to us.

Inside the club we were met by an old friend, Dennis. "Guys! It's been too long!" he said as he hugged us both. Dennis was alpha Coleman's beta. We'd been friends since high school before Dennis was dragged off to another pack because of his fathers new job.

He guided us to the back of the club and into the VIP area where the other alpha was sitting with his friends. He saw us and immediately stood up and greeted us with a bro hug.

"Gentleman, I'm glad you could join us tonight" he said.

"Ah Matt It was no problem, we were waiting for our mates to get ready and decided it would be better if we made the most out of our time" Connor told him.

We got some drinks and started talking. "Logan is back. He has a group of hybrids and he's teaming up with some vampires to try and take down our packs so he can rule them all. We need to come together to try and catch him instead and put an end to this". Alpha Matt told us.

We discussed plans so that we could go home and speak to our fighters and the rest of the pack to be protected against Logan. He is a hybrid who is no stronger than any of us wolves but because he is part vampire he can kill werewolf with one bite. He has already taken down two packs and we need to make sure there isn't a third.

We finished up our meeting and myself and Connor went over to a private booth to wait for the girls. We'd been waiting for a good hour and i started to get worried. I looked over to the left and smelt her, she was here...

Maddies P.O.V

"I think it is time for you to open up your present I got you now" Rosa said handing me a box, "here." 

I took the box from her and opened it up on the bed. My jaw dropped. "I cannot wear this" I told her.

I lifted up the black lingerie in front of me  and examined the small lace thong with a white bow on the front, the black bra and the see through night gown. 

"Yes you can. You said Jack lost control this morning? Well it's because his wolf finds you so attractive he can't handle you being there fully clothed and all innocent!" she said. I looked at her and then the box and then at her again. I guess it wouldn't matter that much.

"fine."

I put on the underwear and then a tight red dress that Rosa insisted I wear. I put my make up on and made sure my eyes were smoky and my lips were bright red. My heels were a bit high for my liking but rosa said I looked good so I went with it. We left the house and made our way to the club.

I walked into the club and it wasn't long before I was locking eyes with Jack. He looked particularly hot tonight.

Jacks P.O.V

she walked over to me and I felt my wolf rise. I pushed the feelings away and stood up and gave her a kiss on the cheek, "You look beautiful".

"You don't scrub up too bad yourself" she replied. 

We sat down and had a few drinks. Hours passed and the drinks kept on flowing. We all laughed and talked about memories. I noticed Maddie looked a little off.

Maddies P.O.V

"baby you okay?" Jack asked me.

My head pounded and I felt like everything was achy. My head wasn't a right place. I couldn't blame it on the alcohol because I hadn't drank much and everyone seemed unaffected by their drinks.

"Yeah I'm Okay" I replied.

He didn't look convinced. My head continued to pound and I could feel vomit rising in the pit of my stomach. I jumped up and ran outside to the dumpsters in the side alley. At least if I was going to throw up I could do it in privacy. I threw up and composed myself.

"Bit late for you to be out here all alone isn't it?" an unfamiliar voice spoke from the darkness. 

"Who is it?" I spoke cautiously as a man walked out of the shadows.

He had a black top on and a pair of jeans with a leather jacket. I hadn't seen him before but I somehow felt like I should stay away from him.

"I'm going inside now, um, goodnight" I said shakily.

before I could stumble away I was dragged back and thrown against a wall. "No love, you're not going anywhere. You're not human but you're not completely wolf. Wonder if my bite would still have the same affect on you." he said cruelly as he bared his fangs and clamped them down on my neck.

"AHH!" I screamed. I tried to scream again but nothing came out, just a gangly noise. The pain of the bite sent me chills and I felt like my veins were coursing with acid. He pulled away and I felt to the floor. 

"See you later Love" he said with blood all around his mouth. I placed my hand over my neck and felt the blood seep through my fingers. I cried, unable to get up and thought I was about to die.

"MADDIE!"
