Maddies P.O.V

"Why would you do that? I was enjoying myself!" Celia shouted at Rosa as we marched out to the car.

"You were enjoying yourself with the guy who tried to kill Maddie the other night! That was Logan, the evil, hybrid asshole with a bad temper who most likely followed us from Vegas and sat talking with you to scare us." Rosa replied back while Celia looked at her shocked. I kept looking around us to make sure he wasn't around to attack us.

"Maddie are you sure? He was so sweet! Surely you've got the wrong guy?" Celia said back confused.

"Celia, I wouldn't forget him. He tried to kill me. Please can we get in the car and go home? I don't want to spend another second here, I don't feel safe" I said back as we all climbed into the car.

15 minutes later

Celia got out the car and walked into the house without saying a word. She'd been silent the whole car journey home and I knew she was upset. "Should we go after her? Make sure she's okay?" I asked Rosa.

"She'll be alright. First we need to find Conor and Jack and inform them about Our hybrid sitch. This could put the pack in danger." Rosa replied and you could tell she had her Luna helmet on and was strictly business.

After going and talking to Jack and Conor about our encounter with Logan, me and Rosa set out to find Celia and find out how she was doing. Jack and Conor were organising a meeting to tighten security and find out if they could link up with Alpha Matt and join forces to take down Logan.

We made it to Celias room and we could hear slight whimpering and sobs. Both me and Rosa looked at each other with concerned looks on our faces before knocking on the door and walking in. Celia looked at us with tear stained cheeks and red eyes. "Oh hey guys, I'm sorry I took off earlier, just needed quiet time" she said as she wiped away her tears and tried to smile at us.

"Celia, speak to us. Tell us what's up! I hate to see you like this! Was it because I shouted?" Rosa asked while kneeling down to her level.

"Nonono! No, it's just me being silly! I'm just over tired and over emotional and need a nap!" She said back trying to be lighthearted but Rosa wouldn't accept it and just looked at her. "Okay, it sounds so stupid but... I really liked him! He was so sweet! That was... Until I found out he was the enemy. I feel like an idiot now because I thought he was interested in me because...never mind. Just feel like I was played a fool" she said as she looks down at the floor.

Rosa looks at her with a calm and loving look on her face. "You're not stupid at all! You are one of the smartest people I know! He's an asshole and you deserve so much better than him! And you will find someone much, much better than him. Don't get hung up on assholes, he's the enemy and he's a fucker for trying to mess with you! Let's just thank our lucky stars that he was just a fuckboy and he wasn't your mate or something!" Rosa said whilst trying to laugh at the end to add humour to the situation.

Rosa stopped laughing when she saw the serious look on Celias face. Celia wasn't laughing and instead, her eyes started to well up as she looked straight at me and Rosa.

"Oh my god Celia" I whispered shocked.

"Is he really?" Rosa asked, just as shocked as I was.

"Yes! I don't want him to be! I don't want to be in love with an asshole like him but... I can't help it! He's my mate!" She cried out as Rosa hugged her and looked at me with a clueless look on her face.

What were we going to do! The fact that Celia was semi-bonded to Logan, the hybrid, pack, murderer who was also our enemy who also tried to kill me and who was also a fuck boy, made everything 1000 times harder for us now. We couldn't just capture or kill Celias mate and expect her to be okay with it. Just days ago she had told me about how excited she was to find her place and start her own family with her mate. Now, she has to face the fact that her life will be anything but that.

After a few hours of talking to Celia, she came round a little. "I know what has to be done. I know what you must do in order to save our pack and its future. I won't get in the way of that." She told Rosa. Each word sounded like it was killing her but she was trying to convince herself that this is what had to happen. To be fair, this was the only thing that could happen. Logan had to be stopped and the only way to do that was to kill him. We couldn't capture him and imprison him or convert him to a life of good because the damage was already done and there was no way he could have been changed. The only way to save our pack and to put a stop to his reign of terror was to kill him and we couldn't have Celia in the way. The only way this would work is if she understands that this has to happen and it's the only way forward.

"Celia you know that this is the only way to save our pack and our children. I love you but as your Luna I have to tell you what our plan is and I must have your promise to our packs allegiance that you won't jeopardise our packs future. If you chose the other side, him, then you must be warned that I will be left with no choice but to destroy you myself." Rosa said with her Luna hat on.

Celia nodded at Rosa and they both hugged for a while . I couldn't think of anything worse than having to be ordered to stay away from Jack. If Celia could do this and stay on our side, then I know it must've killed her on the inside to be torn apart by someone you love like this.
