Chapter 2

Lily's POV

We walked to my locker and I put some stuff away and then we walked to first period. Cool chemistry. I like chemistry and not the lovey kind. I like using the different chemicals to make something really cool.

"Okay so we're here. I can't be your partner because I'm with my boyfriend Ethan but you can be with his twin Grayson" she said and pointed to a boy that was pretty cute and that jawline. It can cut your finger.

"Okay I'll see you after class" I said and started walking to the boy. I sat down next to him and he looked at me and his eyes widened. I shrugged it off and smiled.

"Hi I'm Mac and I'm new here" I said and held my hand out for him to shake but he just looked at the board.

"Whatever freak" he said and continued whatever he was doing. Okay then. Bully number one, Grayson.

The whole class was awkward because Grayson wouldn't cooperate with me at all.

"Okay Grayson what is your problem with me?! Your not working and we can't be partners like this" I said crossing my arms.

"My problem is I have a freak with two different color eyes as my partner" he scolds at me.

"Fucking jerk" I said under my breath.

"What was that?" He said getting closer to me.

"I called you a fucking jerk" I said louder and he glanced at the teacher who had her back to us and then he slapped me across the face. Wow first day and I've already been slapped.

"You just proved my point" I scolded at him and he gave me a death glare but I wasn't scared. I rolled my eyes and then the bell rang. I gathered my stuff then walked out with Kaylee.

"So what happened?" She asked me.

"Nothing much. Mixed a few chemicals, exploded some stuff, got slapped in the face" I said and shrugged my shoulder.

"YOU WHAT?!?" She screamed gaining a few stares.

"I exploded some stuff" I said.

"I mean the slap thing. Who slapped you?!" She asked me.

"Grayson did" I said and her eyes went wide. She grabbed my arm and dragged me to a group of guys that consisted of Ethan, Grayson and some others I don't know yet.

"Grayson what the hell is wrong with you?!" She yelled in his face. The other guys were just staring at me.

"Woah babe why are you yelling at Gray?" Ethan asked putting a hand on her shoulder.

"He slapped Mac!" She yelled again.

"Who's Mac?!" Ethan asked.

"Her!" She pointed right to me and Grayson gave me another death glare and I returned the favor.

"Gray is this true?" He asked turning to Grayson.

"Maybe" he said.

"Dude what the fuck?!" Ethan said getting mad.

"Look at her she's a freak!" He yelled in Ethan's face.

"No she's not! She beautiful!" One of their friends said.

"Oh shut up Hunter" Grayson said to him.

"Woah babe what's going on" some girl said coming from the crowd around us and wrapping her hand around Grayson's arm.

"That freak is going on" he said and pointed to me. She glared at me and I glared back.

"Don't listen to them" Ethan whispered in my ear. I nodded.

"Leave my boyfriend alone slut" she said to me.

"Please you don't know anything about me. If anyone's the slut it's you. Look at what your wearing. Oh wait a sec I can't see anything." I said and I heard 'ooo's from the crowd around us.

"Oh shut the fuck up bitch" she said and I rolled my eyes.

"Don't roll your eyes at my girl" Grayson said and glared at me.

"I can do whatever I want. Are you gonna slap me again? Because that'll just show how much of a jerk you are to slap a girl" I said crossing my arms.

"He doesn't haft to do anything I'll do it myself" the girl said and then charged towards me but I dodged it making her fall to the ground. Everybody started laughing including Grayson.

"What the fuck Gray?! Why are you laughing at me?" She said getting back up and wiping her mini mini mini skirt.

"You know what? We're fucking done!" She said and walked off. He glared at me.

"You bitch" he said and charged towards me but Ethan and his friend Hunter held him back.

"Come on Kaylee lets get to class" I said grabbing her arm and going somewhere. I don't now where but I just left.

"Wow you weren't scared of him at all" she said and looked at me like I was crazy. I giggled.

"I'm not scared of him." I said and smirked. She laughed and we got to second period which luckily only Ethan is in.

-skip to lunch-

Grayson has been glaring and calling me names all day. His, now ex hasn't been any better. I made a few friends but Kaylee is the best. A few people are saying how cool it is that I broke Grayson and his ex up since they've been dating for a year. It wasn't even hard. I went and sat next to Ethan and Kaylee.

"Hola peoplez" I said as I sat down. Ethan chuckled.

"Hey you" he said and took a bite of his sloppy joe.

"I wanna say sorry about my brother. He's a douche bag. I'm known more as the sweet guy and he's the apparent 'bad boy'. I don't know" he said then shrugged his shoulders.

"It's okay" I said.

"Well if it's any better your getting more known through the school each period" Kaylee said.

"Is it good or bad?" I ask.

"Most good some bad. But just focus on the good." She said and smiled. I giggled.

"What's so funny?" She asked confused.

"You. Your just so positive. But it's good." I smiled. She smiled back. Next thing I know the bell is ringing for next period. I get up but I'm almost immediately tripped but I manage to catch myself. I turned around to see a smirking Grayson.

"You shouldn't have messed with me bitch" he said.

"Please I can deal with you. I'm not scared" I said wiping my jeans.

"You should be" he growled at me.

"Well I'm not and never will be so just leave me the fuck alone" I said and turned around to leave but he pulled my shoulder back and went to slap me but I ducked just in time. I then punched him in the jaw. Hard. Causing him to fall to the ground and hold his jaw. I have a brother and we used to play fight a lot and go to the gym together so I'm pretty strong.

"Like I said I'm not afraid of you and never will be. So just leave. Me. Alone." I said. Everyone was staring with their jaws on the ground by now. He looked at me with an emotionless face. He didn't seem mad or sad or anything. He showed no emotion. At all. He stood up and just walked out the cafeteria, leaving everyone, especially me, speechless.

I should of done that.
