Dear Vanessa's puny little diary, (7:00pm)
Prom day! I'm going to be the star of the show today! Yes, yes, I know. You're probably wondering why I'm going to rule the prom. That is because.. I will be hosting it!!
So of course, it will be the best prom in the history of proms! I'm going to be wearing a dazzling pearl-coloured dress with matching shoes, my hair up in a bun and makeup on point.
To top it off, I'll be wearing my moms small tiara made of real diamonds. Toby will be willing to die for me! So will all the other boys. Maybe even the girls.
It will be absolutely perfect.
I'm heading there right now in mom's car. Guess what? I'm planning on throwing the diary back to Vanessa when I finish giving my speech. Of course, before throwing it back, I'll spill out all the contests of this diary!! I guarantee that'll make everyone take my side, avoid her, and hate her more than ever!
Can't wait to get there and see her face when I do all this!

(Earlier, at 6:44pm)
Vanessa is at the gym/prom way before anyone else. Only 2 students were there, doing some final preparation. Vanessa pretended to be one of the crew members and snooped her way backstage. Then she started setting up for her 'plan'.
(6:50pm)
Vanessa has completed the set up and headed home to wait for the right time.
(7:30pm)
Ashley just got to the prom. Meanwhile, Vanessa was mentally preparing. This plan could go horribly wrong, but either way, it would totally be worth it. Ashley deserves all this. She deserves pain.
(7:45pm)
Ashley was giving her speech on how she planned all this with the help of her student council crew. She was dazzling. All the males in the school, even teachers, were falling for her. One student described her as a 'goddess'.
(7:50pm)
Vanessa gets to the prom/gym, where Ashley is still giving her speech. She's talking away. Everyone staring and listening. This was a perfect opportunity for Vanessa to proceed with her plan backstage where nobody was looking.
(7:55pm)
Ashley is getting ready to take Vanessa's diary out of her bag. Vanessa was done preparing. Adrenaline coursed through her veins.
(7:58pm)
Ashley took out the diary. Vanessa smirked. She knew that the twisted mind of Ashley Ludd would do this kind of stupidly obvious thing. As Ashley finished telling everyone the 'horrible things' Vanessa wrote, she tossed it at her.
Right at that moment, Vanessa pressed a small red button that she had been holding this whole time. No one saw it though, because it was hidden in the palms of her hands. Everyone was focused on the diary flying through the air. Vanessa dodged it, then quickly made a frightened face towards the stage.
Everyone was confused, but when they turned back to Ashley, she was dangling from the ceiling, a rope tightly around her neck. She was struggling to breathe, her arms and legs kicking in midair. Everyone was too shocked to move. When the teachers snapped back to reality it was too late. Ashley's face was pale, and foam dripped from the side of her mouth.
The only person who made a noise was Toby. He was sobbing, hard.
Goodbye Ashley.
Needless to say, the prom was cancelled. Vanessa picked up her little pink diary, went outside, lit a blunt, and smiled.
