When I woke up the next morning I walked into my bathroom located off from my bedroom to get ready for the day. But when I opened the door I was shocked by what I saw.

"Ahhhh!" I screamed as I covered my eyes. "What are you doing in here?!"

"I thought this was my bathroom," Trevor replied.

"No! This is my bathroom. Yours is located down the hall to the right." I said as I walked him toward my bathroom door.

"Oh. Sorry." he laughed to himself.

"Ugh!" and I slammed the door right in his face.

"Trevor! Come on, I'm gonna be late!" I yelled up the stairway.

"Where are we going in such a hurry?" he asked as I was pulling him toward the front door.

"You're 15, you go to school. Duh!" I replied.

"But I haven't enrolled yet."

"Then you will start today."

And with that I grabbed my book bag off of the kitchen table, and we both headed out the door.

In first period I decided to just have Trevor sit by me because I thought that it would be a lot easier than going around and introducing him to everyone. Plus my science partner had moved away, so this was perfect timing, just perfect.

The first thing Mr. Wills had us do was present our science projects to the class. Mine didn't go so well.

"Alright up next is Miss Johnston," Mr. Wills said.

I looked around the classroom not knowing what else to do since it was pretty clear that I didn't finish the assignment. I was the only one without a poster board sitting in front of me, well not counting Trevor. It's almost like teachers want you to admit that you didn't do the assignment, even when it's so obvious.

"Today, perhaps, Miss Johnston," he said.

"Uh, yeah, about that...I couldn't finish the assignment because my assignment wasn't there to begin with. If ya know what I mean..." I folded my hands out in front me.

"Would you care to elaborate?" he replied.

"Well my topic was on wolves, and there were no wolves around for me to take pictures of." I argued.

"Fine. Miss Johnston you have until Friday to turn in at least something, or you can earn a zero." he rebutted.

I swear I could've banged my head against my desk. There was no way I was going to finish this project on time, and that's what Mr. Wills wanted too. I might as well accept my zero now.

As the bell rang I gathered my belongings and Trevor asked me what was wrong. He could tell that I was upset by me banging my textbooks around on my desk.

"There's no way I can finish this assignment by Friday, and if I flunk this class my parents will ground me for life." I said with a sigh.

"Well, maybe I can help. Science and nature are my favorite subjects in life. What's your topic on again?" he asked.

"Wolves. But for some reason I haven't been seeing any in the woods lately."

"Oh, well you see, wolves migrate this time of year, that's why you haven't been seeing any."

I could tell by his facial expression that he knew a lot more about wolves than I did. He was totally helping me with this project.

"Fine you're hired. But if I get an F, I'm going to remind you of if for an eternity," and with that I walked out of the classroom, down the hall, to the art department. Dramatic exit, check.

After school we met outside the woods that stood between the park and my backyard. Trevor was already 15 minutes late.

"Hey!" I heard as I found Trevor walking toward me.

"Hey, boy who is 15 minutes late," I said with a sarcastic smile.

"Yeah, sorry about that. I was talking to some of the guys after school, and one of them asked where I was living. I mean, I couldn't say with you, so instead I said no where. That's when the guy asked if I wanted to stay with him."

I was shocked, disappointed, and angry all at the same time.

"Really?" I asked. I hope I didn't sound too upset.

"Yeah. Hey it's gonna be at least another 2 hours before we see any wolves, why don't I go over to your house and grab some food, and we can meet in the middle?"

"In the middle?"

"Yeah. The middle of the woods."

"Okay."

I'll be honest, I was scared.

The only bad thing about being in my woods is that there is no cell phone reception. So if Michael Myers were to pop out from behind a bush I would be dead in an instant. The funny thing is that as soon as I thought this, a twig snapped a few feet behind me.

"Ugh, Trevor. Quit scaring me like that."

But when I turned around Trevor wasn't standing there. It was the Michael Myers in reality. Standing right before my eyes was Ted.'

"Ted," was all the sound my mouth could make. "You should really quit following me," I said with a glare.

"Listen, I never really wanted the money. I wanted you"

Upon hearing this my eyes grew bigger and palms got sweatier than they already were. I looked, but there was nowhere to run.

"Well, not for myself. For my boss. She told me she would give me all the money I ever wanted, once I've captured you of course. And without your boyfriend here to protect you..." he stroked my cheek.

"He's not my boyfriend." I stepped aside.

"Well whatever he is, I can finally get what I want, a payday."

Ted charged at me, and the last thing I remember is screaming for help. That's when I blacked out.
