A/N: I haven't been able to update as much because of homework and stuff. So in the story, right now it's fall...so yeah....
"So..." This girl that I surprisingly didn't know trailed off when she came to my locker. "You and Ashton...are friends again?"
"Yeah." I smiled at her. "And you are?.."
"Anna. Weren't you guys going to date or something?"
"We decided to just stay friends."
"So...he's single?"
My face went kind of pale as I said "yes..."
"Sweet." She smirked.
"Emma!!" I heard his voice call from down the hall before he came running over.
"Bye Emma." Anna smiled at me before giving him a flirty smile, saying "bye Ashton."
He watched her walk down the hall looking kind of puzzled, then looked at me. "Uh..."
"She's Anna."
"Okay then. She seems nice."
"Yep..."
"You okay?" He furrowed his eyebrows.
"Oh, yeah. I'm fine."
"Kenzie told me that your mum had to take your car to work, and Kenzie had to leave for something, so I'll be driving you home."
"Okay. But can we hang out today? I really don't feel like going to my house because I've been cooped up there all weekend."
"Of course." He smiled. "Do you want to hang out at my house?"
"Sure." I love his house! I've only been there once...but I still loved it!
He helped me put a bunch of my books either in my locker or my bag and we were off.
Walking out to his car, he beat me to the passenger side and opened the door for me.
Thanking him, I got in.
As we drove, we sang along to the radio until we reached his house. He pulled into his driveway and we grabbed our things. Heading inside the house, I saw a girl and boy sitting at the dining room table doing homework.
"My brother and sister, Harry and Lauren."
They looked at me and waved.
"Are you Emma?" Lauren asked.
"Yes, I am."
"Ashton won't stop talking about you."
Blushing a little, I said "yeah?"
"Yeah, he always talks about how beautiful and smart and funny and just all around kind you are!" Harry added.
Letting out a laugh, I looked at Ashton who was redder than a beetroot, but he soon tried to change the subject, saying "C'mon Emma! Let's go anywhere but here!"
Chuckling, I looked back at the 11 and 8 year old (since Ashton's 18 in this story, I made his brother and sister their ages that they were, but you guys probably already knew that...moving along...) "Bye guys! It was nice meeting you!"
They waved at me before Ashton pulled me into the living room.
We sat on the couch and got binders out and pencils to do homework. While I worked on History, Ashton did English...which was his least favorite subject.
