Goodbyes

Dalton and I went back inside because he wanted to say goodbye to the guys and it was getting really late and he had to fly out in the morning. I was sad, but it's what he wants to do and I can't hold him back from it. I found Cole and held/hugged him. I kinda understand what he's going through. They have been friends for a long time and I just came along and Dalton became one of the only people I could trust. But what they had was different, they had something special in a friend type way. Everybody was talking to Dalton or Camila so I snuck away.

When I was younger I would sing. Nobody knows that. I figured I would try and write a song or something. I couldn't come up with anything, so i decided to sing a different song and show them a talent and to have Dalton leave with a little something to remember me bye. I had saved enough money to buy this guitar when I saw it. I have written some songs since I have the guitar. I would sing those songs, but I don't think I should. I grabbed my guitar from underneath my bed and my song book just incase and headed downstairs. I headed to a place where everybody wasn't because I don't want to steal all the attention right away. If they see me they see me, they don't oh well. I headed outside to the back porch by the fire pit since everybody was in the living room they might be able to hear me, but maybe not.

I started a fire before I started playing. I played random songs, such as The Climb by Miley Cyrus. I was ending the song and was about to start another song until Jayde, Morgan, Brittney, and Libby walked out. The all sat in a circle where our fire pit was because that's just where I was sitting at the moment watching the fire burn. I then started singing A Little Too Much by Shawn Mendes. In the middle of the song, Dana, David, Marcus, Dylan, and Will came out here. As I was ending the song and starting the new one, Cole, Dalton, and 5th Harmony came out and sat by the fire as well. Before I sang the next song I did a little introduction because I wrote this song. "So, as you guys all know now, I sing and play. I also write songs. I wrote this next one and it's called Flashlight." Cole was sitting next to me and I could feel his eyes on me and even though I was facing straight ahead I could tell he was smiling. I started singing the song.
