His wolf snarled in jealousy at the display that was happing before him; she was hanging off the arm of the alpha wolf, her smile large, brightening up the whole roo, laughing with her parents and discussing her future with him. She was meant to be his, his to cherish, his to love, his to mark. But no, she had forgotten him as soon as the handsome Alpha stepped into her life. He growled lowly, careful to avoid the curious looks of his fellow pack members, he could not let this go further, she would be his whether she wanted him or not.

...

Alison looked upon the scenery imprinting the image of green grassy fields and lively woodland to her mind, never wanting to forget her home. She lay in the long grass that itched at the bare skin of her legs, she didn't mind for this was her last chance to revel in the peace and freshness of her pack land. She sighed, looking up at the blue sky, watching as the clouds formed strange formations. She smiled as an image of a wolf formed, an omen from the moon goddess, whether good or bad it was unknown.

The silence she was currently enjoying was disrupted when a twig snapped alerting Alison to the possible threat, her wolf pace nervously beneath her skin; Alison tenses and prepares herself for the impending fight. She eyed the tree line that surrounded the field searching for any sign of discord. She stood quickly listening to the sound of the wild life that was unaware of an imposing threat that lingered behind the safety of the trees.

This threat watched her as she watched warily, looking for the trouble that lurked; she had no idea of how much he wanted her how much he wanted to make her his. She had danced by all of these years totally unaware to his obvious affections; he showered her in wondrous gifts on any holiday and gave her flowers and chocolates when he felt like she needed to be cherished, only for her to smile meekly and thank him, keeping a distance from him. He asked her once why she did not accept his affections only to have her break his heart and say those few little words 'I'm waiting for my mate, Damon.' She had said it so coldly that Damon had grimaced as he felt as if his whole world was being torn to shreds. She walked away from him, unaware of the threat he posed.

Finally deciding to make his presence known he stepped from the cover of the trees to see her beautiful eyes zone in on him. Her body did not relax but only tensed more as he approached. He smiled as he stepped closer to her 5'5 form. "Damon," her voice was cold, as cold as the bank mask that graced her beautiful face. "Alison" He purred, his eyes darkening with lust as he watched her chest rise and fall. She crossed her arms over her plumb breasts unconsciously, not liking his lustful stare one bit.

"What do you want?" she questioned

"I heard you were leaving tomorrow." He avoided her question, anger coursing through his body at the mere mention of her leaving him. "Why?" he asked innocently, his head tilted to the side making himself less threatening, she breathed deeply "Because I have too," he cut her off "No you don't," she returned the favour "Yes I do; He's my mate, and he's an Alpha." She flexed her jaw "I am to be a Luna, I have to go, I have to be integrated into his pack and help him rule" she finished. Damon's body was tense and his eyes filled with anger "You were meant to be mine" he growled stepping closer; she glared back "No I was not." She seethed. He went to make a grab at her wrist only to be kicked forcefully back as her foot connected with his stomach. "You are weak," she spat "I am an Alphas daughter and you were never worthy of me." She said finally, ending their conversation and storming off in the direction of the pack house where her mate awaited her. Damon lay on the ground recovering from the pain that her foot sent through his body. He chuckled darkly, oh how he wanted her even more. And he would have her.

....

On her way back to the pack house she met Kayla, who was on her way there looking for her. She smelt different, her scent had changed, and she could smell the scent of Dominic's Beta intertwined with her friends. It was different to what Kayla would of smelt like if she had just been in the presence of her mate, no this was the scent of a mated she-wolf, "Hello" Kayla greeted with a large smile. Alison had never seen Kayla smile that big in all of the years she had known her for; it made her happy for her friend who glowed with the happiness that she displayed in her smile. "How are things?" Alison inquired meekly a small smirk playing at her face. Kayla's cheeks turned a furious crimson "Fuck, I was hoping my perfume would cover it up." Kayla cursed, Alison laughed loudly. "It didn't take you very long did it?"

Kayla went redder if that was even possible "He made me feel good," she answered, coming up with an excuse. Alison shook her head "I don't know how you are resisting Dominic." Kayla sighed. "Me neither," she groaned "he smells so good and he's just so sexy; oh and his hands, they feel so good against my skin." she clarified. "I just want to wait until we move to his pack lands." She said honestly. Kayla nodded in understanding "Not long now, then" Kayla and Alison both burst into laughter.
