The next morning I rose bright and early ready to face a bright new day of lessons. The flowers around my bed bloomed as I walked passed their beautiful scent wafting into the still slumbering room. I quickly made my way down to the showers, bag and uniform in hand. I had decided to go and see Hermione in the infirmary first before heading down to tend to Grace, before heading to my first lesson of the term. Charms. I walked springily into the bathroom humming as I went. As I entered I stopped, stood leaning near the sinks, was Ginny. Her eyes trained on her own in the mirror, her look one of anger and fear.

"Ginny?" I called softly, but even my quiet voice startled her and she turned to me looking like a rabbit in the headlights.

"Are you alright?" But I reviewed no answer, instead she sprinted out of the bathroom. Shoving passed me as she went. She had been acting strangely for sometime now, skipping meals and classes, disappearing at breaks and meal times and being very secretive. I was worried. Sure, everyone was on their towns with the attacks, but Ginny was on the next level. I was like the was utterly terrified of everything.  For now I pushed it out of my mind and concentrated on getting through the day. Washing and changing quickly I dried my hair and once again smoothed it bck I to its ringlets. Clipping back the front to strands, so to keep them out of my face. My hair was still long, but once curled didn't look as ridiculous and sat level with the small of my back. A waterfall of dark mahogany curls cascading beautifully. I sighed turning I walked out of the girls washroom. In my clean uniform and shined shoes I walked tall. Today was going to be a good day. As I entered the joining hall of male and female bathrooms, Neville was walking towards me, still clad in his striped pyjamas.

"Morning Neville." I chirped cheerfully, my steps unusually springy for this time of morning.

"Morning Anna. Your looming lovely today." He yawned and I couldn't help but beam at his compliment.

"Why thank you, I'll see you at breakfast? Maybe we can go over that transfig' homework?" I suggested and his face lit up.

"Yes- I mean...that would be great. Definitely." I waved to him and carried on out of the hall. I went back up to the dormitory to collect some things. My cloak, scarf and bag, along with another book from Hermione's bedside table. She had already worked her way through most of her new reading material. Being cooped up in the infirmary was sending her crazy, especially now that classes had started again. I sighed flinging my tattered bag over my shoulder and folding my robe over my arm I set off to the infirmary.

As I arrived I could hear my friends voice she was chatting to someone, intrigued I pushed open he door quietly and snuck a peak. Ginny? I stepped into the room and the two girls both turned to me.

"Morning." I smiled kindly and made my way over to the rickety hospital bed.

"Good morning, Anna. Did you bring that book I asked for?" The brunette Gryffindor asked hopefully. I sighed and rolled my eyes dramatically, looking to Ginny.

"Honestly I'm hardly through the door and she's making demands. I'm nothing but and owl to you am I?" I joked and I grinned as a small smile graced the youngest Weasley's heart shaped face. An expression long forgotten by her features.

"To be honest you can be anything to want, as long as you keep bringing me book I'm fine." Hermione retorted and I gasped in fake hurt.

I conversation carried on like this for a 20 minutes or so and even Ginny began to chip in witty comments like she used to. I told them about last night in the barn and about the flowers. As expected they both sighed and swooned at the romantic was of it all, calling me lucky and voicing their wishes for something similar. I guess I was lucky, sure Oliver and my relationship hadn't had a great start and there was the problem of the age difference, but I couldn't imagine my life with out him. After a few more minutes I bid them farewell and made my way down to the barn. The castle was slowly coming to life, a number of students were heading down for breakfast, still wiping the sleep from their eyes. Reaching the courtyard I took a deep breath of the crisp air, the seasons were already beginning to change, the snow was melting and the sky was clear. I opened the barn door, greeted by a loud whinny I beamed. Grace stood at her stable door, snorting and stamping her foot impatient for her breakfast.

"Alright, alright." I soothed dropping the bucket over the door and she quickly began to munch. I changed her rugs, deciding that as long as she had a thick, waterproof rug on, she would be fine in the thinning ice and snow. Opening the back door and refilling her water I was done or the morning. Picking up my bag I began towards the Great Hall.

The tables were full when I finally entered the constant chatter rising like a cloud above the huge number of students. I smiled as I spotted my friends, Neville waving at me exuberantly. Starting to walk down the side of the Gryffindor table, I was grabbed. Letting out a squeak of shock as I was pulled backwards and down into someone's lap, I blushed. The gorgeous hazel eyes of Oliver wood shone down at me, his most Oliver smiled gracing his sculpted face.

"Mornin'" He greeted softly his Scottish accent Whinging through, but all I could focus on we're his hooded eyes.

"Morning." I replied, the words coming out airy and breathless.

"Umm...is there any particular reason why you grabbed me?" I asked suddenly noticing the questioning states around us.

"You look beautiful, I simply couldn't help myself." I blushed again and giggled.

"We'll as much as I live you company and I adore being grabbed. I did make a promise to my friend to help him with his homework." I bit down on My bottom lip, hoping he wouldn't feel put out if I went to sit with my friends.

"Yeah sure, of course. Just as long as I can see you tonight." He smiled cheekily and I couldn't help the wide grin that took o we my lips.

"I'll be in the stable after classes." I whispered, before winking at him and making my way to my friends. Today was definitely going to be a good day.
