Chapter 5

I froze in place while Matsuo waved his hand in front of me calling my name.

When he called me the 10th times, I'm brought back from my shocking thought and stared blankly at Matsuo.

"Rei-san, we have to go, Hagiwara-sama has been waiting in the mansion" The butler informed me.

"Oh yeah, let's go" I quickly walked away from Matsuo's sight before letting the butler took the lead.

I sighed in a relief as I entered the mansion. Inside was as beautiful as the outside. The butler took me to the living room, which I saw my mother there sitting on the sofa patiently.

"Mum!" I called out.

Mum turned around before walking to me hugging "Where had you been? I'm worried about you!"

"Sorry mum. I got lost in the garden just now"

"Now, let's sit down and wait for Hagiwara-san, ok?"

I nodded as my mum and I sat on the sofa where my mum sat just now. A couple of minutes of waiting, finally that Hagiwara-san came.

We've been bored of waiting him but my mum and I enjoyed our talking anyway so I don't blame that Hagiwara-san. ^O^

Hagiwara-san was a man that seemed to be in between forty and forty-five years old. Hagiwara-san walked to my mum and shoke her hand.

"Welcome, Mrs. Nakashima. And this must be your daughter" Said Hagiwara-san before turning his gaze to me smilling.

I bowed to him intruducing myself "I'm Rei Nakashima"

"Ahh...I have a son who looks just like at your age" I flinched, knowing who he's talking about.

"So when do I start working, sir?" Mum asked him, interupting our conversation, which I felt grateful 'cause I don't want to hear a single thing about Matsuo.

Hagiwara-san gazed back to my mum and went to talk business with her.

While they were talking, no one ever noticed that Matsuo was coming over with his hands on his pockets until he approached his dad, simply calling him "Dad"

Hagiwara-san turned around, seeing his son was here he intruduced him to us "This is my son, Matsuo Hagiwara"

Matsuo looked at me with his smirk "Dad, who are they?"

"Well, that's Mrs. Nakashima" Hagiwara-san intruduced my mum before intruducing me "And that's Rei Nakashima. I heard that you two are in the same school"

"Yes, we are" Mrs. Smirk smirked again. I frowned.

"They're gonna work here as our maid" Hagiwara-san continued.

"Dad, can I have Rei-chan to be my....personal maid?" His son asked with his smile of victory, of course no one saw that but me.

PLEASE SAY NO PLEASE SAY NO PLEASE SAY NO....

I kept chanting it in my mind, hoping that he'll REJECT him.

"Sure, why not? Is that ok for you, miss Rei?" Hagiwara agreed before asking me.

"Not problem at all, sir" I smiled sheepishly at him before giving Matsuo my death glare saying 'I'M GONNA KILL YOU!'

But it doesn't work on him. He just smiled back. Ugh...how could this person so difficult to scare him or-or let him give up on me and leave me alone?

"That's settled then!" Hagiwara-san said while clapping his hands together. "Miss Rei and Mrs. Nakashima, you'll start working tomorrow so be ready. I'll have my maids to send you guys the uniforms in your rooms, ok?" He called a maid and whispered something in her ear before walking away.
