Chapter 7

Things had not been going well at school. Since that day Haru and I getting so well, and also I've been treated badly by Haru's fans. They would put trash on my table, writing mean words and other sort of stuff.

That's ok with me but they even bumped into me like it's an accident. I didn't fell then. And that's not ok with me. I heard them snickered, whispering to each other behind me as I walked away.

I came back from school. I dropped my bag on my bed as I laid back onto it. I put my hand on my forehead sighing.
I sat up when someone knocked on my door.

"Yes?" I shouted.

"Come down and have dinner. We have a guest today so be quick!" A muffled sound responsed me outside. And I quickly knew who it was. My mum.

"Yeah yeah..." I'm too tired to answer her but forced my body to get up from the bed before heading for a quick shower.

I got out from the shower and simply grabbed anything I saw as I wore it. Matsuo hadn't ordered me to wear this or that lately so maybe it's ok if I wear this casually.

I stomp downstairs and went to the dining room. As soon as I stepped my foot inside, I heard giggling and laughing. I wondered who's the guest today? Then I saw a pretty girl sitting there across from Haru and Matsuo, who were laughing pretty hard.

I never knew Matsuo could laughed that hard and I never knew she can make him laugh, like that! I saw my mum motioned me to sit down and I acted like a good child, sitting down next to my mum as I watched them(Haru, Matsuo and the girl) talking happily together.

Matsuo didn't gave any comment of what I wore, also he didn't even paid attention to ME! I got this feeling...that....I don't know. Maybe anger? Don't know why I'm angry but I quickly shook that feeling away as Hagiwara-san came down and sat in the middle of the long table.

"Good evening, father!" The girl spoke first with a happy smile.

"Good evening Akane-chan! It's good to see you back with your parents" Hagiwara-san greeted her as if she's his daughter.

She giggled "I'm gladly to see you still active around your age, father"

"Haha! Now, let's intruduce our new guest, ok?" Hagiwara-san motioned a hand at the girl, intruducing her at us "This is Akane Kobayashi. She's Haru and Matsuo's childhood friend"

Akane smiled at the man before eyeing me back with a smile, which I could feel it it's a fake. Ugh...on the first day of meeting her, I already hate her much. -_-

Hagiwara-san motioned his hand again at us "This is Rei Nakashima and her mother, Mrs. Nakashima. They're working for money and staying at my mansion. Just a reminder, Rei is Matsuo's personal maid"

I nearly rolled my eyes at her but quickly swept that thought away. Akane stood up holding out her hand greeting "Hi".

I first stood up as I shook her hand with a slight squeeze "Nice to meet you". I gritted my teeth and smiled at the same time. Akane winced a bit of my sudden attack on her hand, then she gave me the same treatment I did.

We even did The Eyes' Battle, that's what I called it but was broke off when Matsuo spoke eyeing us suspiciously "What are you guys doing?"

I pulled back my hand, smilling again at Akane before sitting back as I rubbed my hand secretly.

"Anyway, how about we start our dinner, hmm? Maids!" A lots of maids coming out from the kitchen as they placed the plates in front of us. Once the food was placed, everybody dug in. Hagiwara-san and the rest were eating formally and properly while my mum and I was the opposite of that.

Well, not that unproperly but we still trying to fit in the situation. We finished them together. The maids started to gather the plates while the other half of the maids began to serve desserts for us.

I ate it quietly and quickly enough to excuse myself before I do something that'll end up punching that Akane in her face. I seriously don't like her a bit!

I made my way back to my room. Leaning against the door as I sighed. Well, that was a long day. At least tomorrow she's not going to stay here or go to the same school.

I changed into my pyjamas after I finished my homework and went to bed.

Zzzzzzzz......

Tomorrow morning:

Apparently, the God was not helping me. I got two bad news. Firstly, that Akane was staying here just because her stupid parents was busy and since they didn't have time to take care of their own daughter, so Hagiwara-san offered Akane to stay here and Akane accepted it. Excuse me? She's a big girl now so she can manage all the things by herself, ok? Secondly, Akane was enrolled to the same school I did for just temporary time.

She's just happened to ruin my life.

Guess how I found it, the old man announced it to us while I'm having my breakfast. I almost choke on my sandwich that I didn't believe the fact about what I said yesterday came true.

Want to ask I got good news or not, I got nothing.

I got to school by feet as usual and got the same treatment on my table again. This time, they wrote a letter for me, oh good, a letter. I took it opening it up and read the content inside. After I finished it, I got a big frown.

The fans wanted me to meet them behind the school where everyone didn't usually walked by so it's kinda quiet and dangerous for me to meet them. At what time they wanted me to meet? Ooh...right now...

If I go now, I'll get beaten or bully maybe. If I don't go, they'll get piss off and continue to bully me. Should I go oooorrrrr not?
