Prologue Part Four

Sasuke was looking at me weird, I know I look weird since I never wear dresses. I walked into the dining room with Sasuke and saw everyone was there already, I'm so nervous for some reason. I sat next to Sasuke and Itachi.

"Pleasure to meet you, I am Fugaku Uchiha, this is my wife Mikoto Uchiha, my eldest son Itachi and my youngest Sasuke," Fugaku was the first to introduce himself. "I am Kizashi Haruno and this is my wife Mebuki Haruno, pleasure to make you acquaintance," I sighed and face palmed. "Mum, Dad you can drop the act,"

"Aww it was fun though," My mum smiled, "Nice to meet you Mikoto, I hope we can be friends in future," Mikoto seemed to be relieved since she smiled back. Father looked towards Sasuke, "So, are you the one dating my daughter?" He asked.

I blushed and so did Sasuke, "Dad! I haven't even got a boyfriend! He's my best friend!" Although we kissed... "Ha! I've never heard of a guy best friend!" My dad laughed, Fugaku-san did as well, "Tell me about it! They should get married considering their relationship!"

I sunk in my chair and so did Sasuke, "Our parents have gone mad," I sighed. Itachi looked at us and laughed, "You guys even react the same!" -.- I glared at Itachi since he made things worse. "Oh yeah! Sakura! I found a song in your room, do you want to sing it? We heard the soundtrack you made for it as well!"

I sunk even deeper into my chair if it was possible. "I-I err-" I stuttered only to be cut off by Mum, "She'd love to!" Itachi went to get the microphone and I was forced to perform. There's only one song that was in my room.

That was the song I wrote for Sasuke before we came here, no one was supposed to read it! "Go on sweetie!" I sighed and shut my eyes. "I wrote this song for Sasuke-kun, it's called Stand by You and no one was meant to read it so it's not exactly the best,"

Sasuke blushed for some reason as the soundtrack began playing.

When I finished the song, I shut my eyes as I heard the applause. "Yay! You've gotten even better Sakura-chan!" Mikoto cheered. Sasuke walked up to me and hugged me, "I'm never gonna leave you either Sakura-chan, I love you," He whispered in my ear. I know Sasuke only meant that in a friendly way.

Sasuke doesn't see me as anything more than a friend, I know that. But when I'm with him, I get butterflies in my stomach. Probably because I'm hungry. "Woo! SasuSaku!" Itachi began chanting 'SasuSaku' making Sasuke and I blush. "We're not dating!" We both yelled at the same time.

I swear he does this every time I come over! Sasuke and I always end up reacting the same which is weird though. No matter how many times it's happened, we say the sane thing. "We should be leaving now, bye Mikoto, Fugaku and Itachi! Bye lovebirds!" My mum yells as she leaves the house.

"I like your parents, they're fun," Mikoto smiled. I smiled wearily. "Wanna watch a movie Sasuke-kun?" I yawned. "Ha pretty sure you need to sleep Sakura-chan," He chuckled. "But I'm not tired...." Then everything went black.

Sakura passed out but I managed to catch her, I carried her in bridal style and brought her to the bedroom. Her lips were slightly parted and her sleeping face was so sexy. I leaned in and kissed her on the lips.

I can't believe I confessed to her. She probably thinks of it as a friendly gesture but that's okay for now. "Goodnight Sasuke-kun..." She mumbled after I broke the kiss. I smiled, "Goodnight Sakura-chan," I climbed into bed and held her close to my body.
