August pov
Its been a week since Alana had Amari and it was their first day coming home. Me and Alana's dad pulled up to the hospital and went in to get them.
"Y'all took all day we was supposed to been home" Alana complained as she gave me Amari's car seat
"Mommy mad" i said to Amari and she just looked at me
I smiled
"Duh im mad the doctors put me out my room I had to wait in the waiting room" she said while rolling her eyes
Her dad shook his head and i laughed. We got in the car and drove to Alana's apartment. Amari was sleep so i put her in her crib and took a picture of her. I posted it on instagram and captioned it "My little girl home" nigga's started commenting congratulation but of course some body had to hate. Noami commented "That baby don't look like you and when my baby get here you better be posting pictures or him".
I rolled my eyes and deleted the comment. Amari didn't look that much like me cause she looked just like Alana.
"You happy" i heard Alana's dad
I turned around and smiled
"Yea i can't wait till she get old enough to do stuff" i said playing with her fingers while she slept
"For real imma spoil her" he said smiling
I smiled too
"But anyway what are you gonna do to support them" he asked
Damn i just thought of that. I guess I'll go work on the streets with my brother mel.
"Um I'll get a job with my brother" i told him
"What kinda job does he do" he asked
"Like work on cars" i lied really mel worked selling dope
He nodded his head
"Well as long as your taking care of them" he said patting my back
"Yea" i said nodding my head
"Ight well i got to go" he told me
"Ight" i said as we went into the living room.
"Bye daddy" Alana said hugging him
"Bye baby girl" he said hugging back and then leaving
"Your hoe commented on my picture of Amari" Alana told me
"Who" i asked as I leaned on the counter
"Noami" she said rolling her eye's
"She commented on mine to but i deleted it" i told her
She shook her head
"Chris and them coming over to see Amari" she told me
"I'll probably be back by then" i said getting up
"Where you going" she asked
"Chilling with my brother Mel" i told her as i put my hat on
"Be safe cause you know what kinda stuff mel does" she said with worried eyes
"Don't worry imma be okay" i said kissing her cheek and leaving out.
Alana pov
August better not get in that shit that mel's in cause i don't want any of that around my daughter. Anyway krystal and them just got here.
"Lemme hold her" krystal said as i opened the door
"Girl she sleep" i laughed and let them in.
"Wake her up" omarion told me
"Wash y'all hands first" i told them
They did as told and i went to Amari's room and got her
"Me first" Jana said reaching her arms out
I shook my head at them and gave her to Jana.
"So what you gone do when school start up" chris asked
"My dad or sheila would watch her" i told him
"Have you talked to your mom" Jana asked
I sighed
"Nope" i said looking down
"Maybe you should call her" krystal told me
"No that bitch put you out fuck her" omarion snapped
I giggled
"Its my fault she put me out so i can't be mad" i said shrugging my shoulders
"Well i think you should call her" krystal suggested
"I might" i said while looking down at my phone
The door opened and August and some other nigga's walked in
"Um who is these nigga's" i asked
He ignored me and they walked in and went through my frig and cabinets like they lived here.
Jana and them shook they heads
"Excuse me" i said raising my voice
"What" the dark skin one said
"Why dafuck you in my house going through my shit" i asked
"Lani chill we got hungry" August said while making a sandwich
"I don't care go get some churches chicken if you hungry" i told him
"Damn Yungin you let ya hoe talk to you like that" the same dark skin said while shaking his head
"Hoe? August who dafuck is he calling a hoe" i asked
"Well you did get pregnant at 16 so you is a hoe" Mel said shrugging his shoulders
I rolled my eyes and just went in the livingroom. Mel was right i am a hoe for getting pregnant at 16 so i couldn't even say shit back.
"You okay" Jana and Krystal asked
I shrugged my shoulders and took Amari from chris.
"Your daddy about to get beat up when everybody leave" i told Amari
She laughed
