Shad Pov
I just got to yn's hotel room and I took a deep breath before knocking on the door. Not even a minute past before she opened the door.
"Uh hey" she said looking down
"Hey, can I come in?" I asked
She stepped to the side and let me in. I sat on the couch and she sat across from me. We sat in silence for awhile till she finally spoke up.
"How long have you liked me?" she asked
"High school" I said while looking down at my hands
"Why didn't you ever tell me?" she asked
"You were with August." I told her
She nodded her head then it was silent again.
"Sooo um what we doing?" I asked
"I don't know cause I got feeling for you but August-" I cutt her off
"Fuck August if he wanted to be with you he would have never walked out on you and the kids" I told her
"I know but he was just-" I cutt off her again
"Don't make up excuses for him Yn. Do you want to keep getting hurt by him or be treated like you supposed to be by me?" I asked
She sat there for a moment. I waited for her to say something but nothing came out.
"Okay I guess you love him still" I said as I got up and walked over to the door but she grabbed my shirt.
"Of course I still love him. I always will that's my first love and kids father but, over the years I grew strong feelings for you." she told me
"So who do you want this is the last time I'm asking" I said looking into her eyes
She bit nervously on her lip and looked down.
"I wanna be with you" she told me as she looked up and smiled
I smiled and grabbed her face. We both leaned in for a kiss but right before our lips could touch there was a knock on the door.
"Who is it?" Yn asked
"August" he said
Yn looked at me like she was worried.
"It's okay just go open the door" I told her
She opened the door.
"I'm sorry about-" he stopped talking when he saw me "Can you excuse us?" he asked
I felt like being petty so I grabbed Yn face and kissed her passionately she kissed back and moaned into the kiss.
"Call me when he leave baby" I said with a smirk and then left out
August pov
I sat silent for a while after seeing shad and Yn kiss.
"So you with him?" I asked
"Yea" she said without looking at me
"After I told you I was thinking about getting back together you go and get with that nigga!?" I yelled
"You damn sure wasn't acting like you wanted to get back together when you was laid up with all those hoes!" she yelled back
I couldn't say nothing cause she was right about that.
"Can't say shit huh?" she asked
I clenched my jaw. As soon as I was about to say something Aiden woke up crying.
"Come on manz" I said picking him up
He laid his head down on my shoulder and sucked his thumb.
"So you gone have my kids around yo new nigga?" I asked
"They already know and like him so yea" she said with a shrug
"Well I don't want him around my kids" I told her
"Who is you to tell me who I can't have my kids around?" she asked
"Their father and I said I don't want him around them" I said with a stern voice
"Fine but I don't want them around any of your hoes" she said while crossing her arms
"Fine with me" I said with shrug
She took Aiden from me.
"You can leave now" she told me
"I wanna take my kids" I told her
"Where?" she asked
"With me" I said in a duh tone
"No" she told me
"And why not?" I asked
"Because" she said shrugging her shoulders
"Because what?" I asked in a irritated tone
She shrugged her shoulders and went into the bedroom.
"Yn you being petty ass hell I'm tryna spend sometime with my kids but you wont let me do that!" I yelled as I followed her causing Amari to wake up crying.
I sighed and picked her up.
"Daddy sorry chunky" I said while rubbing her back
"You the one being petty I asked where you taking them and instead of just saying a place you wanna be a smart ass and say with me" she said rolling her eyes
"Whatever I dont give a fuck anymore" I said sitting Amari on the floor and about to leave out
"There you go again just walking out. You gone be gone another year?" yn asked
I clench my jaw and just walked out.
