"Aye Lani!" August yelled from down the hall.
I sighed
"Wassup" i said nodding my head
"Nothing why was you at my house yesterday" he asked
"Lie or just tell him" i asked myself.
"I heard you saying something about you'll take care of it by yourself" he told me
Damn he kinda know. I took a deep breath cause i was about to tell him but his girlfriend came over
"Baby!" August girlfriend said jumping on his back
He laughed
"Hey Naomi" he said turning his head so he can kiss her
I tured to my locked cause i didn't want to watch them kiss. I grabbed my stuff and walked over to krystal's locker.
"I don't like that hoe" she said looking over at August and his girl
I laughed
"Me either" Jana said coming over to us
"Don't no girls like her" i said shaking my head
"Cause she a thot and always taking people boyfriends" chris said coming over to us
"She can't take you" Jana said kissing him.

He smacked his lips and we all laughed.
"Aye Alana i got a hommie that want the plug" omarion said walking over to me smirking
I rolled my eyes
"Don't worry its one of the ones you like" he told me
"Which one is that" i asked crossing my arms
I don't know why but me and omarion always argued then go back cool.

"Anyway you gone give him the plug" he asked with a smirk
"No" i said bluntly

I wanted to skip first hour so bad because i know August is gonna bring up the conversation we started earlier. But i knew i couldn't skip because my mom was gonna get a call from the school saying i was absent.
I took my seat and began my work. August came in and sat in his seat.
"Aye so what was you saying in the hall" he asked
"It doesnt matter" i told him
"You gone come over today" he asked
I had to look at this nigga like he was dumb
"Ask your girlfriend to come over today" i said rolling my eyes

I just ignored him and did my work into i got a text

I finished my work then the bell rung.
After school
After school I went straight home. My mom called me and said come home asap. I don't know what i did this time. Hopefully she didn't find out im pregnant.
I walked into the house and saw my mama sitting on the couch with the trash from the bathroom in front of her.
"Im bout to die" i said to myself as i sat my bookbag on the counter slowly.
"Come here" she told me in her calm voice
I slowly walked over to her
"Come closer" she told me
I walked closer and she popped me upside the head hard
"Are you fucking pregnant!?" she yelled
"I-Im sorry" i said backing up and rubbing my head
She grabbed my shirt and pulled me back to her
"Are you!?" she yelled at me and i nodded my head
She shook her head and let me go.
"Just get out I don't wanna see you" she said going upstairs
I followed
"W-where am i supposed to go?" i asked tearing up
"I don't care just get out of my house" she said said slamming her room door in my face.
I started crying and went to my room and began to pack
"Leave everything i brought you!" she told me
I stopped packing and just left.
