Alana pov
I woke up at like 6am because August phone kept going off loud ass hell. I don't know how him and Amari didn't wake up cause it was super loud. Anyway i reached over them and answered the phone.
"Hello" i said with some irritation in my voice
"Yungin bra you gotta get the fuck outta here!" brandon yelled into the phone
I was confused as hell
"Um August is sleep what are you talking about?" i asked
"Wake his ass up and tell him he gotta go now!" he yelled again
I didn't hesitate to wake up August up. When he woke up i didn't say anything I just gave him the phone.
"Hello......why?......how?......damn they probably listening now........ight I'll call you later if Im ight" August said as he hung up and ran his hand threw his hair
"What happened" i asked
"The busta ass feds was listening to me and B talk yesterday about that nigga i killed now they after me" he said with a sigh
"W-what you gone do" i asked trying not to cry
"I don't know but it's not a good idea for me to be around you and Amari" he said getting up
I started crying because I didn't want him to go. He sighed and hugged me. I hugged back and cried.
"Don't cry okay I'll call you and let you know I'm okay" he said kissing my forehead
I nodded my head but couldn't stop crying.
"Stop crying I'll be back" he said while wipping my tears
"Why dafuck you kill him August!?" i yelled
"Shhh I already told you now can you be quiet before you wake-" he was cut off by Amari crying
He sighed and picked her up.
"It's okay chunky mamas" he said rocking her
She rubbed her eyes and stopped crying. August looked as if he was about to cry so i hugged him but he moved.
"T-The faster I get out of here the lest chances they have of finding me" August said handing me Amari.
She started to cry and reach out for him. He just put his shirt and shoes on and went down stairs but i followed.
"I love y'all to death okay i promise I'let you know what goes down" he said kissing Amari's cheek and then kissing my lips.
The kiss lasted for what felt like forever into we heard loud banging on the door causing us to jump.
"Who-" August cutt me off
"I know who it is" he said sighing "m-make sure you take care of my daughter and let her know daddy loves her" he said while tearing up.
I started crying again and they banged on the door again.
"I-I love you Alana" he said going to the door and opening it.
They tackled him and began putting him in cuffs. He just looked straight at me and Amari as we cried
"I love y'all" he said one last time as the cops closed the door.
"I-I love you too" i cried and hugged Amari she was crying too.
I went upstairs and rocked Amari untill she fell asleep. I put her in her crib and grabbed my phone calling Sheila
"Hey Alana" she said answering the phone
"Hey s-sheila uh they g-got him" i said crying
"Who a-august?" she asked
"Y-Yes" i told her
She started crying
"C-cant we get him out" i asked
"H-he's dead Alana you said they got him" she cried hard
"N-No no not like that i mean the police got him" i explained to her
"Oh my god thank you so much" she thanked me
"Yea but how we gone get him out" i asked
"I'll think of a way to come up with some bail money. right now you just go to sleep and call me in the morning" she told me.
"Okay love you" i said as i laid back on the bed
"Love you too" she said hanging up.
I took a deep breath and tried to go to sleep but it didn't work. So i grabbed my phone starring at a picture of August and Amari. My thoughts was interrupted by a call from a unknown number. I looked at the phone for a while because i normally don't anwser unknown numbers but something was telling me to anwser so I did.
"You are receiving a collected call from august Alsina to anwser press one" a machine said to me
I quickly pressed the number one and put the phone back onto my ear.
"Hello" i heard August say
"Are you okay? How long are you in there?" i asked
He kinda laughed
"Im okay and Im in for selling rocks and murder" he told me
"Rocks? I thought it was weed August what the hell!" i yelled
He sighed
"I know I'm sorry" he told me
I sighed
"Its okay but how long are you gonna be in there" i asked
"Probably life since i killed somebody" he told me. I tried my best not to cry
"M-Me and your mama gone try to come up with some money" i told him
"Thank you" he thanked me
"No problem" i said sighing
"Your call will end soon" the machine said
I started tearing up
"I love you and kiss Amari for me" August told me
"I love you too" i said crying and going to Amari's crib kissing her cheek "I-I kissed her" i told him
"Thank you" he said as the phone hung up
I gotta find out some way to get August out
