I had just woke up and got the kids ready. After they was ready I got myself ready then drove to where the shot was being held.
"Aw you brought the kids this time?" shad asked
Whenever I had a shoot he'll come just to watch.
"Yea I wanted them to come you know like a family trip." I told him
He nodded his head and picked them up.
"Da!" Aiden yelled
"No Aiden that's not daddy" I told him
"No Da?" Aiden said
"Right that's not daddy. Daddy at the hotel" I told him as if he can understand
"You brought August too? I thought y'all wasn't cool" shad asked
"No, we ran into him the day before yesterday and I decided to atleast let the kids know their father" I told him
He nodded his head. He took the kids and I went into the dressing room. After I was done changing I took a few pics then was ready to go.
"So where you going now?" shad asked
"To shoot in August video" I told him
"You not by any chance getting back with him right?" shad asked
I shrugged my shoulders
"Whatever happenes happenes" I told him as I put Amari in her carseat
He sighed
"Whatever I guess" he said buckling Aiden in his seatbelt and walking away
"Wait! What's wrong with you?" I asked
"Nothing I got to go" he said as he walked away
"What I say?" I asked myself as I walked back to the car.
Shad Pov
Man I swear if Yn get back with that dead beat ass nigga imma be mad ass hell. How hard is it for her to see I like her. I been there for her and the kids when August wasn't, it was my shoulder she cried on when he walked out on her. Imma just wait and see what happens I guess.
Yn Pov
I had just pulled up to the video and it was girls everywhere. I grabbed the kids and looked around for August. After 10 minutes I finally found him sitting with a bunch of random hoes.
"Um aren't you supposed to be shooting a video?" I asked
"Nah we already shot it trinidad brung some girls to be in the video so you can go home now" he told me.
"Da da" Amari said as she reached for August.
"No baby daddy busy" August told her
"To busy being laid up with some hoes?" I said kinda out of jealousy
"Yn can you leave with all that drama we ain't even together and you all up my ass about who Im with" he said to me
I rolled my eyes and just left. Me and the kids went back to the hotel. I was out of place at August video shoot but I was just jealous I guess. Anyway me and the kids were watching tv but I got bored so decided to call shad.
"Hey" he said as he anwsered
"Hey best friend!" I yelled
It was silent for awhile.
"Shad?" I asked
"Yea.." he said kinda low
"You okay?" I asked
"Not really but it's whatever" he told me
"Whats wrong?" I asked
He sighed
"It's this girl-" I cutt him off
"Aww shit little shad crushing!" I yelled
He laughed
"Shut up so I can tell you the story" he told me
"Okay wont interrupt anymore" I told me
"Alright so like I was saying its this girl I like but she like this other guy.." he told me
"Damn, how you know she like him?" I asked
"I'm not stupid and they got a past together. I wanna be with her so bad but I'm stuck in the friend zone" he told me
"Have you tried telling her how you feel?" I asked
"I shouldn't have to she should be able to tell by the way I act towards her" he told me
"Well give it some time maybe she'll catch on" I told me
"I been trying since high school. How much longer I got to wait Yn? He asked me
"I don't know." I told him
"You do know" he told me
"No I do-" he cutt me off
"The girl is you" he told me
"...What?" I asked
"Can I come over so we can talk?" he asked
"Uh yea i guess" I told him
"Okay I'm on my way" he said as he hung up
After he hung up I hurried and called Jana and krystal putting them on 3way.
"Bro y'all won't belive what just happen!" I damn near yelled
"Calm down and talk" krystal told me
"Shad just told me he liked me." I told them
They laughed
"Y'all laughing but I'm for real what am I supposed to do?" i asked
"Girl everybody been knew he liked you" krystal laughed
"Shut up he's on his way here what am I supposed to do?" I asked
"Girl you'll be okay I know you like him too" Jana told me
"I guess but what about August?" I asked
"Fuck him!" they yelled
I laughed
"You laughing but we for real August ain't shit. Shad is always there for you unlike August who probably still never even brought a pack of dippers" krystal said
I began to think and she was right.
"Thanks for the help I'll call y'all later and tell you what goes down." I told them
They both said okay and hung up. I just began to think more and wait on shad.
