Ashley:

Three weeks later

Today is Lesley's game and we're all very excited. I put on my flower crown to finish off my outfit. I looked in the mirror and applied some lip gloss before grabbing my bag. There was a honk outside, the girls must be here. I headed downstairs and grabbed my keys before stepping out of the apartment, closing the door behind me. I went outside and got in the car with the girls.

"Where's Lesley?" I asked curiously.

"She's already at the game. She had to be there earlier than us" Nixie told me.

"She's still as awesome as she used to be before. She could've pursued a professional career playing softball if she wanted to. She's that good" Chloe said while eating some chips.

"Yeah, but after her arm injury she never played again until now" I reminded her.

"Well, at least she's doing something she loves" Danielle added.

We all nodded and she drove down the road.

"Yeah, something to keep her mind off Zayn for a while. She really misses him" I nodded.

We arrived and there was a big crowd of people everywhere.

"I'll go buy the food while you girls find our seats" Nixie said.

We all nodded and headed up the bleachers while she went towards the food court. We took some empty spots and then I looked out towards the field, searching for Lesley. I spotted her warming up with Jessica and the rest of the girls on the team.

"There she is" I said while pointing out towards Lesley.

The girls looked over.

"Lesley, you're gonna rock! You got this!" Chloe yelled very loudly, getting the attention of a few people.

Lesley looked over and smiled while waving at us. We all sat back down and Nixie came over with the food. She handed us each our food just as the game was starting. I took a bite out of my hot dog.

Lesley made another home run shot. Everyone on our team started yelling and cheering while getting up. Chloe got very excited as she jumped up and threw her hands up in the air, accidentally dropping her popcorn all over the guy sitting in front of us. He turned around with wide eyes.

"Oops, sorry" she apologized.

"It's okay, beautiful" he smirked while shooting her a wink.

He looked to be around our age. He then turned to look at me while smirking. I shuffled uncomfortably and then he turned around to watch the game again.

That was weird.

Once the game was over, our team won by five points. The girls and I ran down onto the field and then I felt someone grab my arm, holding me back. I turned around to see that it was the boy that Chloe dropped popcorn all over earlier.
