Ashley:
"Ay dios mio! Ayudame. Que todo me salga bien. No me dejes pasar verguenza que despues mis hijos, mis sobrinos, mis nietos, todos ven esto (Oh my God! Help me! I hope everything turns out okay. Don't let me embarass myself or else my kids, my nieces and nephews, my grandchildren will all see this)" I mumbled in Spanish, trying to calm myself.
I was pacing around while moving my microphone from one hand to the other repeatedly. Niall came back with a bottle of water and handed it to me.
"Thanks" I said while taking a sip.
I kept pacing around and Niall placed a hand on my shoulder to calm me down. "It's going to be okay, love" he assured.
I just stared at him a worried expression and he smiled.
"Just take deep breaths, everything will be fine. I'll be backstage with the boys. We'll be supporting you the whole time" he told me.
I nodded and hugged him. He hugged me back tightly and I let out a breath of relief.
"I'm just a bit nervous" I admitted.
"I was too when I first came here" he said.
"How does it feel? When you're up there?" I asked while pulling away from the hug.
"I'm not gonna lie to you. There's a lot of people staring at you waiting for you to be great. It's kind of scary. But I know you can do it. You're strong and I believe in you. Plus, I was alone. But you'll be with the girls. When you're up there alone, it's way scarier, princess" he said while placing his warm hand on my cheek.
"Thanks for your words, I really hope I do good" I sighed.
"You will do great. And stop talking in your Spanish language. I understand a little bit but I'm not an expert" he said with a chuckle.
I chuckled and he hugged me tightly.
"There's that smile I love" he said.
We pulled back and he kissed me. I kissed him back and then we pulled away.
"I was really worried and scared when you got kidnapped. I thought I wasn't going to see you again" he whispered.
"I was really scared too, Ni. I was only thinking about you during that moment. I just wanted to have you there with me to hug me and comfort me. I just don't know what I'd do without you" I told him.
"I will never let that happen to you again" he said while grabbing my hands.
